A large family over 3 unit and all of us experience problems of one sort or another. + Views − No hot water and a fault fail the kept tripping the power out. It was remedied by a change of unit by the staff though.

Great location and view, poor hygiene + The view was very nice and the staff were friendly :) − There was mould throughout the bathroom, water on the kitchen floor, a broken side table, food on the couch when we came in, a used tampon in the bathroom, and three of the lamps didn’t work. The mattresses are also quite dirty.

We enjoyed our 3 nights here and would definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay if visiting Wanaka. It w + Everything − There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Reasonably priced apartment for family stays + A decent apartment that is reasonably priced. − The interior design and furniture are slightly dated. We were given the first floor apartment and had to bring the luggage up some steep stairs (which isn’t a problem for us). Remember to request for the ground floor apartment if you want to avoid this. The beds are spacious for two but one room was especially small and had little walking space around the bed. The door would touch the end of the bed when you open it.

Not too bad + Spacious and comfy − The door between the interconnecting rooms was not locked which was a concern because no one was in the other room when we went for dinner but they were there when we got back and therefore had had access to our room.

Great base for exploring Wanaka and the snow fields + Great sized room for family of 4. Only downside was the 1 bathroom, but not a mega problem. While we didn't use the garage for the car, we did like using it to put our ski gear in to get it out of the car each night. The washing machine was a lifesaver. We didn't use the community facilities but they looked great. − A big walk from town for the kids, so needed the car. If we didn't have young kids it probably wouldn't be a problem. Plenty of parking in town, so it was easy to get around.

地點好、應有的設備都有，小地方改善的話就太好了。 + 暖氣充足，一到就已經打開等著我們，剛好是大雨天所以感覺很貼心。洗衣機烘衣機都有，洗髮精沐浴乳味道不錯且好用，簡易廚房可以使用。距離市中心、瓦納卡湖、雪場車行距離都很近。 − 車庫真的太小了，看大家都停在外面。廚房有小包鹽巴跟胡椒，但沒有食用油，鍋具也是坑坑巴巴的，烤箱有油垢等污漬不太乾淨，真的要煮一頓稍微好一點的餐有難度。

Good value warm, clean and comfortable apartment + Clean and warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the mid week clean which was unexpected − It needs a bit of maintenance. The bathroom shower mixer tap was stiff and difficult to get the correct temperature. The extractor fan needs cleaning. The dining chairs sink and one back was broken.
