Könnte besser sein + Super zentrale Lage − Beim duschen wird das komplette Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, da die Türen nicht dicht machen und kein Gefälle zum Ablauf hin ist. Durch das Malmöfestivalen konnten war es bis 1 :00 Uhr sehr laut da die Fenster 0 Schalldicht sind.

Albergo centrale, pulito, curato e ben gestito + Albergo piccolo ma molto curato e ben gestito. Ottima la colazione presso un bar-panetteria distante un isolato. − Gli spazi intorno al letto nella camera matrimoniale erano praticamente inesistenti. In tre adulti con tre valigie si sta molto stretti. Il bagno è molto piccolo. Non andate a Malmö durante il Festivalen di metà agosto! Avevamo il luna park rumorosissimo sotto l’albergo (e non eravamo stati avvisati)

Ideale per godersi Malmö + Posizione fantastica, a due passi dalla stazione centrale, staff cordiale e disponibile, pulizia giornaliera. Il posto giusto senza eccessiva formalità. − Tutto perfetto

+ Sehr schönes, liebevoll restauriertes Stadthotel. Eigentlich super Lage, aber während meines Aufenthaltes fand ein Festival statt, und das unmittelbar an das Hotel angrenzend. Erst ab 23:00 Uhr wurde es langsam ruhiger. Extreme Lautstärke war schon anstrengend. Das ist aber kein Verschulden des Hotels, das war einfach Pech.

Mala estancia + Habitación grande y bonita. Al lado del centro y de la estación. − Estaban de fiestas. Esto no es culpa del hotel pero si es su responsabilidad avisar para poder decidir si íbamos a otro hotel, porque teníamos las atracciones en la ventana, concretamente la montaña rusa, al lado del resto, más la música a tope y esto hasta las 23.00. Pusimos una reclamación y ni nos contestaron.

Très bel hôtel idéalement situé + Très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charme dans un bel immeuble historique. Très bien situé avec jolie vue et accès immédiat à la gare et à centre historique de Malmö. Chambre très confortable et propreté impeccable. Très belle vue depuis notre chambre supérieure. Personnel sympa. Petit dej dans le resto à quelques pas de l’hôtel : ce n’est pas un buffet ni une grande variété de produits mais la qualité est ok et l’ambiance sympa. Pas à la hauteur des petits dej des autres hôtels qu’on a connus en Suède mais pas catastrophique non plus. − Rien

An ideally situated, clean and comfortable boutique hotel. + This was a clean and comfortable hotel ideally situated being so close to the station and the old town. My room was spacious and I slept very well on the huge bed. I particularly appreciated being able to open the windows. I arrived late but the hotel was great in its communication with me and I had no issue with using the entry codes provided for access. − There needs to be better signage at the entrance hall to the lift as I nearly didn’t see this and was about to carry my heavy bag up three flights of stairs.

+ Hotel znajduje się 5 min spacerem od Starego Miasta. Lokalizacja doskonała, blisko dworca głównego. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Ogromny plus za możliwość wczesnego zameldowania, w naszym przypadku mogliśmy wejść do pokoi już po 8 rano. Łóżko i fotele naprawdę wygodne. W pokoju przyjemnie cicho pomimo rozstawionego za oknem wesołego miasteczka. Bardzo polecam, przyjemny, czysty butikowy hotel.
