Perfect + This is the first review I have ever left on Booking.com, because my experience here was perfect in every way. The environment, the atmosphere, and the dinner all gave me a wonderfully new and gentle experience. I will definitely visit again in the future. − I’m not sure whether the gravel paths around the manor are part of its historical tradition, but small stones kept getting stuck in my leather shoes, which was a little inconvenient.

− Ett hundvänligt hotell å både i cafét och på rummet så där det du som hund har kissat på gardinerna men det kan ju vara annat spill , Annas är det bra att hundar är välkomna Sen gick toalettdörren inte stänga alls , Frukosten åt vi 9.30 men den var slut och skulle komma mer efter ca 7 minuter helt ok , men det så både grisigt ut och tomt i grytorna .

+ Omgivningen med slott och natur. − Att det marknadsförs som ett "slottshotell" när det i själva verket ser värre ut än ett flyktingboende (Källarbacken). Anstalten Rosersberg ser bättre ut. Litet rum, 140 säng.

After a disappointing start due to the room size we enjoyed our stay with excellent breakfast and evening meal. + We booked for two nights and had different rooms each night. The first room was really small for two people with suitcases. Hardly any space for clothes or storage. Bathroom set for one person not two with a lack of toiletries as expected on booking site. The duvet was not big enough to overlap the bed. Having complained we were upgraded to the highest standard room which was spacious and very comfortable. The staff dealt with our complaint with understanding and did not charge for the upgrade. − It was difficult to find our way around the site and involved much walking. Limited choice of evening meal.

+ Amazing historic place in beutyfull enviorment. Petfriendly. Serviceminded staff. The castle is a culturaland historic heritage. Dogs allowed in the dining area and was offered both a bowl of wather as a bone − Nothing. But stay more then one night

Va är en natt på slottet + Jättefint rum, skön säng, caféets uteservering, det gick att spela biljard, boule, kubb, schack, back gammon, alfapet mm. Fina omgivningar. Gick rundvandringen som kostade 140kr å den va också bra − Frukosten var inte toppen. Det fylldes inte på tillräckligt, det stog inte vad det va för juice (det fanns tre olika behållare), borden plockades av men smulor låg kvar, den hemmagjorda muslin smakade lite bränt, ingen vispad grädde till pannkakorna, för lite frukt å bär, ingen brödrost (å inget rostbröd) Tv:n fungerade inte, nåt strul med antennen som hon i receptionen inte lyckades fixa, vaktmästaren va ledig det va helg.

+ Atmosfären! Närheten till Mälaren. − Trångt rum, inget schampo, handdukarna luktade inte gott. Vi fick vänta mkt länge vid incheckningen. Drinken var felblandad. Verkade allmänt lite behov av uppgradera servicenivån och kunnandet.

Helt okej. Synd att visningarna av slottet endast erbjöds under helger eftersom vi var där tors-fre. Vi får återkomma. + Intressant ställe. Ett fint rum och mycket god mat. − Hade varit trevligare och tystare med ett rum mot trädgården.
