+ La colazione, la location − La camera prenotata non era utilizzabile con i cani pur essendo animali ammessi e quindi hanno chiesto un extra per cambiare la camera non comunicato in sede di prenotazione. La prima camera non era raggiungibile con la macchina perché hanno dei ponti non oltre le 2.5 t. e quindi hanno chiesto un ulteriore extra per cambiare la camera.

Beautiful Location, Disappointing Experience. + Beautiful natural surroundings and scenery. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. − The beds were extremely uncomfortable and noticeably sagging. Unfortunately, the spa experience was very disappointing. The massage itself was very mediocre and was shorter than the duration stated in the spa menu. The massage therapist was not wearing a face mask, and there was an unpleasant smell from her breath throughout the treatment, which made the experience particularly uncomfortable. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the spa reception staff. After my massage, I asked to briefly see the spa facilities and join my husband, who was using the spa at that time. I was refused and was not even allowed to go and see him. The staff spoke to me in a dismissive and rather arrogant manner, which left a very negative impression.

There is a genuine attention to detail throughout the entire experience, and it is especially reflected in the excellent food. Everything feels carefully chosen and thoughtfully prepared.
