Excellent Long-Term Stay with Great Facilities and Service + I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was well-equipped with complete cooking and laundry facilities, which made it perfect for a long-term stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured it was tidied up every day. The environment was peaceful with no traffic noise, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The front desk staff were polite, spoke both English and Chinese, and were very easy to communicate with. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Lovely and Peaceful Stay + I really enjoyed my stay at One Park Hotel & Residence. The place is clean and comfortable, and it’s so quiet perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. It’s a great spot if you want somewhere peaceful but still close to everything. I’d definitely come back again!

Clean and spacious hotel + Clean and spacious room - we had a two bedroom apartment. Good facilities - nice swimming pool and very well maintained garden areas within the complex. It was very quiet and safe which felt like a nice retreat from the busy city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. The manager was very helpful. Getting around from the location was very easy using the ‘Grab’ app for tuktuks/taxis. − We initially found it very hard to find as they’re doing some lobby renovations. The reception area wasn’t clearly marked. Our room also said ‘sofa bed’ on the booking for the lounge which turned out just to be a sofa (not a bed) which meant one of our family needed to get a another room. The manager took this feedback on board :)

Very comfortable apartment, good location + One of the most comfortable beds I have ever had outside my own. Rooms were well appointed. Beautiful gardens and pool. − No Bar, Check in a little laboured and reception desk not easy to find.
