Nice room - beware of the busy road + it's relatively new and the rooms are well.appointed - I had a junior suite which was HUGE, great bathroom and balcony and a welcome fruit plate. PO was excellent and all mine - lap swimming possible − I think I was the only person staying there - not that you can do.much about that. But on a road that got super busy at peak hour (with motorbikes riding on the small pavement) - and the upstairs restaurant was shut for dinner so I had little choice than to order from the cafe. And the food was fine but I was the only one there and would have been nice to be somewhere with a bit more atmosphere. And while they were all.very pleasant the staff also seemed very nervous - no sign of a manager

Great hotel in a great location, and a good value. Highly recommended. + A very attractive, clean, comfortable small hotel in excellent condition. Everything worked well, and the fitness center is exceptional for a smaller hotel. Great cafe on the ground floor. In a fairly quiet and safe area of the city. − The breakfast is very generous and fairly tasty, although the combinations are a bit strange. I would honestly rather be able to order from the cafe menu on the ground floor, even though the restaurant is very pleasant.

Housekeeper steals money from hotel rooms − So far, I have used the Phnom Penh Indra Hotel in Cambodia about 10 times through the Booking.com reservation system. I stayed from January 3rd to 6th and from January 9th to January 17th. But I found out that $1,000 of the money in my carrier was missing around 9 p.m. on January 4th. I tried to report it to the hotel right away, but I waited one more time to catch the criminal. Then, around 8 p.m. on January 14th, I found that 20 Korean 10,000 won bills in my backpack were missing. I left my room after taking pictures of my golf bag and backpack at around 9:20 a.m. on Jan. 15 to secure evidence, and when I returned to the hotel at around 7:45 p.m., I came into my room with the Indra Hotel staff and checked my golf bag and backpack. As a result of checking, I confirmed that someone opened the golf bag and backpack. I am keeping the 9:20 a.m. photo and 7:45 p.m. photo. Why did you open my golf bag and backpack? Worst hotel − It's the worst hotel ever. I requested the booking site and used the Indra Hotel 15 times. On January 4, the Indra hotel cleaner stole $1,000 from my room. On January 14, he also stole 200,000 won (140 dollars) of Korean money. I reported this to the hotel, and I also received CCTV recordings.

pics are better than reality + pillows comfy, staff in cafe were lovely even though breakfast took a long time due to getting food from kitchen upstairs, clean room well and good timing − location far from town, staff very quiet on reception, wifi not good, advertised with roof top bar however this is only available for chinese functions, not to people staying at hotel, very cold pool

+ Property was nice but they forgot to pick us up from the airport which was pre arranged. Asked for a cake for my wife's 60th they didnt bother. Staff are very young and not experienced with only 1 being able to speak English. Asked to speak to a manager on arrival but was never available also Expedia tried to contact the hotel about issues and they didn't answer. Many inconsistencies when ordering breakfast order same breakfast but would not be the same items missing from breakfast. Hotel accommodation and cleanliness was good but just other items lets it down although it was still an enjoyable holiday country is amazing and we would return.

A lovely quiet oasis in Phnom Penh + The breakfast is great: There are many options and everything tastes great. On the last day, they told me that cappucino is no longer included in breakfast choises. that was the only disappointment. I have been coming back to Indra now several times for my 5-night stays in Phnom Penh a few times a year since 2022. I really like this hotel because of the size of the rooms, the quietness, the oasis type of feeling due to the plants, the lovely cafe, good breakfast, and swimming pool. Whenever I take a swim, I was always by myself in the pool, which I like. − During the rainy season, there are lots of mosquitos in the rooms because of all the plants around the hotel. They can put some repellent, which is a smoking device, but I don't know how healthy it is to sleep in the smoke. Also, it is a bit far from everything. They also raised prices, and it's starting to be a bit out of my budget, so I don't know if I will go back anymore. But I will m…

Oasis in the middle of the city + I've been coming to this hotel on my annual visits to Cambodia for several years now, and I really enjoy it. I really like that it is quiet and lush, like an oasis in the middle of the city. I like everything about it: the pool, the rooms, the cafe downstairs. − This time there were mosquitos in the room, but the staff did a good job fighting them. It also seems like prices are getting higher, so I don't know if I will be able to afford it in the future. One minor thing was that they changed the breakfast in the middle of my stay, and cappucino was no longer available with breakfast. I really like their cappucino.
