My preferred place to stay on my future visits to Athens + The room is spectacular! The space is more than sufficient, clean, with a very comfortable bed, more than you could need for a short stay or even a few days. The balcony is surrounded by lush green tree branches, and the calm and serene vibe provides the perfect setting for a Greek breakfast. There is a coffee machine available in the room, but also coffe shops and restaurants are less than five minutes away. We arrived at around midnight, and even at that hour, the host was available to go through the check-in process with us, which was easy and intuitive. In the morning, we got up early to explore the city and started with the Pnyx, next to the Acropolis. We didn’t need more than 20–25 minutes walking to get there, such is the proximity of this accommodation to the city centre. This will be my preferred place to stay on my future visits to Athens.

+ Nice apartment very comfortable bed and the location is great which is near the city center − The shower area should be closed so water will not come out

Would definitely go back. + Location was great, not close to the crowds but still walking distance from where we wanted to go. The studio was very clean, comfortable and and was very easy to deal with the host who was very friendly and helpful.

+ L'appartamento è molto bello e ben arredato in stile moderno. Ampio bagno e camera, presenza di piccola zona cucina con 2 fornelli e qualche pentola (presenza di un tavolino con 2 posti davanti al letto). Il proprietario è facilmente contattabile telefonicamente per qualsiasi esigenza. Possibilità di lasciare i propri bagagli in una stanza apposita il giorno del check-out. − L'appartamento si trova a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. La zona tuttavia risulta essere in un brutto quartiere.
