Ottimo soggiorno, posizione strategica per muoversi sia a piedi verso il centro che in macchina. + Posizione eccellente, zona residenziale e tranquilla con bar e negozi a pochi passi per eventuale spesa e/o colazione esterna. Impagabile avere il parcheggio coperto. Con una passeggiata di 15 minuti si arriva sia al centro città che alla old town: vivave, piena di negozi, bar e divertimento. Ottima pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità della reception aperta h 24. La palazzina è elegante, tranquilla ed in una posizione strategica per muoversi a piedi e/o uscire con la macchina. Aria condizionata individuale e autonoma, ripeto stanza molto pulita. Avere il parcheggio coperto e videosorvegliato sotto la palazzina dal quale accedi alle camere con ascensore interno è il valore aggiunto della residenza. − C'è solo una piccola finestra che praticamente non apri mai perchè tutta la stanza, io avevo una suite con salotto, è una grande vetrata e tutte le camere affacciano su una balconata di pa…

Δυσλειτουργική + Η τοποθεσία − Είναι γραφεία που έγιναν διαμερίσματα!!Είναι μόνο για 2 μέρες κ για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι!!σίγουρα δεν είναι για διακοπές κ ειδικά με παιδί!!!δεν είχε καν μπαλκόνι να απλώσεις τη πετσέτα σου έστω να στεγνώσει!!είχε ένα mini bar πολύ μικρό και ξυπνούσες νωρίς γιατί έμπαινε πολύ φως από τα στόρια!

1st choice for longer or short stays in the future + Ideal location for our specific needs during our visit to Chania, clean outdoor and indoor spaces, comfortable and safe environment, well laid out room for our group of 4, close proximity to transport and food venues in the area of Dikastiria, helpful staff and willing to assist in any queries. Overall, a very pleasant experience and nice to be able to stay at a new and well maintained property away from more popular busy areas of town which are only a walk away for the same or less money.

+ Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Χώρος για στάθμευση μοτοσικλέτας Πολύ καλό κλιματισμό Πάρα πολύ καθαρά − Θα θέλαμε να έχει ατομικό μπαλκόνι και κάποιο χώρο για να κρεμάς πετσέτες μαγιό κλπ.

Σε καμία περίπτωση αυτή η εμπειρία δεν χαρακτηρίζεται ως luxury. + Η υπάλληλος στο check out ήταν ευγενέστατη, άκουσε με ενσυναίσθηση και σημείωσε τα περιστατικά που της περιγράψαμε ότι αντιμετωπίσαμε κατά τη διαμονή μας. − Το check-in δημιούργησε μια ΠΟΛΥ ΔΥΣΑΡΕΣΤΗ εμπειρία. Είχαμε ήδη προπληρώσει 873€ για 6 βράδια και μας ζητήθηκαν 15€ μετρητά ως εγγύηση για την κάρτα εισόδου στο parking. Εξηγήσαμε ευγενικά ότι δεν είχαμε μετρητά εκείνη τη στιγμή επάνω μας και ζητήσαμε να αφήσουμε πρώτα τις αποσκευές και να πάμε αμέσως μετά σε ΑΤΜ. Η απάντηση: «Λυπάμαι, έτσι είναι. Διαφορετικά δεν μπορώ να σας δώσω την κάρτα». Όταν επισημάναμε ότι έχουν ήδη σχεδόν 900€ και τα στοιχεία της κάρτας μας (κατά το check in ζητούν να συμπληρώσετε online φόρμα, στην οποία ζητούνται και τα στοιχεία της κάρτας σας), ακούσαμε: «Αν δεν τα δώσετε τώρα, αναγκαζόμαστε να τα βάλουμε εμείς από την τσέπη μας». A completely overrated hotel, certainly no longer the luxury hotel it claims to be. + The location of the hotel was good. The city centre is in walking distance and there are many caffeterias and restaurants nearby. The road in fron of the hotel is big and with plenty of lights during he night. Close to Dikastiria square that is a famous square of Chania. − The hotel and its common areas look neglected and poorly maintained. All rooms face a large shared courtyard, with no private balconies or outdoor space. Most rooms have very limited natural ventilation, and the bathroom in our room was only partially separated from the bedroom by glass doors with a large opening above them. There was no proper bathroom ventilation either. As a result, the room was humid and stuffy, with drain flies, small flying insects coming from the air-conditioning unit, silverfish/firebrats crawling around, and mould in the shower. Déçu + Appartement assez grand (2 adultes et 2 enfants) et moderne − Grand mais pas très agréable et surtout rien de luxueux. Plusieurs choses de cassées (papier toilette, carrelage et surtout le coffre fort qui ne sert à rien car pas fixé). Nous pensions qu’il y aurait une petite kitchenette mais seulement une cafetière avec café et thé à disposition et une bouilloire. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, le ménage était fait tous les jours, du café était remis mais les tasses n’étaient pas changées.
