Beyond the beautiful facilities, what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff, who made our whole family feel completely at home. From the moment we booked the hotel, the manager, Hope, contacted me personally to learn about our plans and even arranged a pickup for us. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade to an even more beautiful room, including a private pool and a private rooftop jacuzzi. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Ahmed at the front desk was always kind and helpful. Saeed and the rest of the breakfast buffet team remembered exactly how I like my coffee every morning and made us feel so cared for. + מלון מומלץ בחום! ממוקם במרחק של כחמש דקות הליכה בלבד ממרכז העיר ומאזורי הבילוי, במיקום מצוין ונוח. המלון נקי, מסודר ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, אך מה שבאמת מייחד אותו הוא הצוות המדהים. כבר מרגע ההגעה ועד העזיבה זכינו ליחס אישי, חם ואכפתי. אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים וזמינים לכל בקשה, העניקו הסברים והמלצות על אזורי בילוי ואטרקציות, וסייעו לנו בכל דבר שנזקקנו לו – החל מהזמנת כרטיסים למעבורות ועד לתיאום השכרת רכב ובאגי. התחושה לאורך כל השהות הייתה שמתייחסים אל האורחים כמו אל בני משפחה. השירות יוצא מן הכלל, האכפתיות מורגשת בכל פרט, ואין ספק שנשמח לחזור ולהתארח במלון שוב. מומלץ מכל הלב!

Wonderful short break in beautiful and lively Fira + New upgrades and lovely pool area. Short walk to Fira center. Amazing staff! Our suite was large, lovely private pool and jacuzzi.

Very convenient location and friendly staff + Excellent staff and convenient location. I loved the facilities and the amazing view from our room. The bathroom was beautiful and very clean. − I was missing a couple of things you would usually expect at a 5-star hotel, like the option for firmer pillows in the room, some parts of the facilities are already showing signs of wear, and there's sometimes noise from other rooms.

A quiet space on the busy island with exceptional hospitality, just moments from the heart of Fira + Astro Palace is perfectly located just outside the centre of Fira, offering a peaceful retreat while still being only a short walk from the town. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and spacious rooms, making it ideal for families and travellers of all ages. The highlight was the exceptional reception team, particularly Katerina, whose warmth, kindness and genuine Greek philotimo made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. − Nothing—we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
