Staff was accommodating. Kade restaurant was very good. If I stayed again we’d have to stay on opposite side as the w + Location − Our room faced a night club and even though we were on a high floor it was very noisy all night long.

Will be staying here again. + The location is great for a family. Walking distance to parks (one block), restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas, etc. Property is cleaned. Restaurants on-site are delicious. Staff were cool and nice at the same time; somehow this combination works here. − My supplies were not replenished during room service such as coffee, mugs, and milk. I called in to request two times and they bring them up quickly :)

Great building and location. + Loved the location. Everything in the room was done well. Restaurants were good. Lobby/Kfar was great. − My only complaint is that the room was too small which made it hard to move around. No closet space. Nowhere to put suitcases or shoes. I hit my ankle on the bed frame many times. 😒

+ Great location and staff were prompt and pleasant. The coffee and bar area in the lobby are very nice. Was able to get a ride Uber/lyft in 2 minutes. The area is also very walkable and close to nearby spots − It is quite small and expensive.

Meh + Location was excellent. − Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot to love IMO. The rooms were fine, the lack of mini bar is understandable but then the inability to get anything to the room like ice was a nightmare. Service was very inattentive and the food across the venue was far too niche.

Wonderful hotel and it made our visit to Brooklyn a success. + The location was perfect for our purposes-- close to my son and the East River. The river walk is gorgeous and I love that we could walk to the ferry to Manhattan! Modern decor, clean and comfortable room and vibrant lobby and restaurant area. Fun to see so many people working and meeting up in the Cafe area. I look forward to coming back! − The shower was a little complicated to figure out which handle did what, haha. Instructions maybe would be helpful?
