+ Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Excellent location. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size. − My key didnt work on the room a few times, it turned out that the electronic room lock was faulty. I was grateful to the staff member who eventually came up to my room with me to let me in so that I didnt need to go to reception again.

Comfy, cosy, convenient and a home away from home! + Location was excellent, we were about a 10 minute walk from grand central station. Staff were so amazing and although there was no hot breakfast available on site there are so many options right outside your door. When we return we will definitely look at booking with westgate again. The beds were amazing and the room was a fine size! Thanks for making our stay so memorable. − N/a

Great location + Great location close to Grand central. Historical hotel. Walking distance to 5th Avenue, Times square and Broadway. − Included breakfast was a bag of yoghurt, a banana, juice, coffee and a selection of one pastty. Adewuate, but not great.
