Perfect stay at the Kimpton + I’ve wanted to visit The Kimpton for a while now, the pool area looks gorgeous from online, and it delivered. We had a fantastic day at the pool, great service. They were updating the cushions while we were there and everything looks great. The management was attentive and so friendly. They helped my kids get goggles when DoorDash couldn’t deliver. Front desk manager was so helpful, he got us set up with scooters to ride to a restaurant downtown. They also have these cute bikes you can borrow as well. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job, we travel quite a bit and it’s not often you see rooms as clean as these. Thank you Kimpton Sawyer! A+ stay!

amazing experience that exceeded my expectations + excellent customer service when calling the front desk during check in and when calling them from the room because I needed help with the bathtub or needing a refill on something as simple as extra coffee creamer. I told them when booking that I would be celebrating my business anniversary there and they left the sweetest surprise for me which brought me to happy tears. truly an amazing experience with their customer service. the room was clean, facilities beautiful and up to date. I also love that they text us with activities going on throughout the hotel! overall 10/10 experience − genuinely can't think of anything

Fav Staycation in Sac + My boyfriend and I booked a room at the Kimpton basically just so we could use the pool for an afternoon (I live 3 miles away). I always love the vibe at the pool, it’s relaxing, not too busy on a weekday, and the service is friendly and attentive. I assumed we only got access to the pool the day we checked in but the next morning Emilee at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating. She not only facilitated having an item returned to me that I had forgotten in the room, but also made sure our keys worked to give us pool access that day as well.

Customer Service + The host staff was EXCELLENT!!! Very friendly and helpful. These 2 staff memebers went above and beyond for our stay and I am definitely coming back to this hotel!!!! I wish every hotel was like the Kimpton Sawyer! + We had an excellent stay at this hotel one of the best hotel stays in a long time! The room was comfortable, quiet and the AC was quiet. Nice sized shower and cozy robes. Nice touch wine glasses and water glasses in the room. We loved the cocktail class and social hour. All of the staff members were super nice - from the pool attendant, valet, check-in, bartenders at Revival, staff at the social hour, housekeeping,etc. Big pool and nice clean gym. Located right next to the Golden One Center and convenient to many restaurants. We will return!!

5 Star! + 5 Stsr Service! All staff from our valet, to check-in and bellman, start to finish was friendly and professionall. The hotel room and amenities were clean and well maintained. We are seasoned trailers that can highly recommend this property.

Great location and pool. Comfortable room. Mediocre maintenance and food for a Kimpton. + Excellent location, just steps away from Old Sacramento. Great views. Spacious room. Superb pool area (though the pool closes too early, a little before 7pm). Excellent valet parking (fast, reliable). − Dirty room (a lot of dust behind furnitures, on window edges, etc.) See pictures! Maintenance came. Manager promised to send housekeeping the following day. When I came back, the room had not been vacuumed. Given the hotel rates, this is not acceptable. Room service wasn't good either (both dinner and breakfast). They waived breakfast as I insisted.
