Great location, nice staff - value for money + The staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was great (walking distance from many services like stores and restaurants). Pool was an extra convenience for the kids − The hotel is close to some local bars that plays live music, so the room could be a bit noisy at night. Luckily, the hotel provided ear plugs

Awesome stay + I think it was Jon behind reception, very helpful and polite. The location was great, our particular room was on the corner with the balcony, great for sitting out at night if it isn't too hot! − Could be a bit of noise from the street, you get earplugs in your room but we didn't need them.

Convenient location for getting around Memphis. + Excellent location. You could walk to many restaurants and retail shops and the river. The room was comfortable and quiet. − Nothing.

+ The hotel was clean and well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The parking was reasonably priced, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. − The location might not be my first choice if travelling with a child. I personally didn’t find the area near Beale Street particularly cosy, although this was probably more a matter of my expectations, as I had imagined the location quite differently. The room also had a slight smell of dampness.
