Unfortunately not a good stay. + Location was great − Well we actually got there a half hr before check in and we asked if it would be ok if we checked in and the woman working the desk said well let's see. She got our name and checked and said ok. I asked her if they give a discount to veterans because my husband is a veteran and she said very sarcastically well it looks like booking gave u a discount already and then continued to say actually looks like they gave us a great discount already so no we can't give a veterans discount on top of that. Wouldn't really make eye contact, told us she was putting us on the 2nd floor and what time breakfast was. Our room had a refrigerator that was stuck on 73° no matter how many times we turned it down it wouldn't get colder. The handle on the toilet was almost ready to break off. The shower leaked all across the floor because of the gap between the glass doors. The fan in the bathroom didn't work either. It just was a noisy room also …

The room was pretty, but the toilet didn’t work and the staff didn’t make any concession for that which I thought was po + Nice room layout, good location. − The toilet in my room broke twice and no concession was made.
