Beautiful Art Gallery Entry and Spacious Suite on South Miami Beach + Overall Rating: 8/10 Beautiful art gallery entry and great suite, but dreary hallways. First impressions in the lobby were wonderful—the hotel functions as a gorgeous art gallery, and the artwork throughout the main entry is stunning. However, the contrast once you head to the rooms is jarring. The elevators are small and slow, and the dark gray, low-lit hallways feel uninviting for an upscale hotel. Thankfully, the room itself was excellent! It felt like a full apartment (minus a stove) with an L-shaped couch, a pseudo-kitchenette with a microwave and sink, a very nice bathroom, and a wonderful, huge king bed in a separate bedroom. Our 5th-floor room faced an adjacent building not ideal since there was no view. Overall, at $1,350 for five nights, having a spacious suite with direct beach access and a fantastic pool right on Collins Avenue was a great value. The staff were kind and helpful. Molto sotto le aspettative + La reception, molto disponibili e gentili. Soprattutto il servizio del portiere notirno nei weekend. Una signora molto gentile e diisponibile. − Camera King in upgrade, vecchia, con vista su cassonetti spazzatura, cin cindizionatore che perdeva acqua e che bagnava l'entrata. Niente postate nella cucina. Piscina piccola. Vallet molto maleducati (la signorina mi ha contestatoin modo sgarbato e a torto l'orario di ritiro dell'auto). Molto male.

HORRIBLE Y PÉSIMO + Nada. Una experiencia muy desagrable. − Una experiencia lamentable. No entendemos cómo este hotel puede anunciarse como un 4 estrellas. Nuestra estancia en el Sagamore Hotel South Beach fue francamente desastrosa. El hotel que encontramos no se correspondía en absoluto con la categoría anunciada. La habitación estaba extremadamente envejecida y descuidada. Mobiliario viejo y deteriorado, colchón muy desgastado, puertas que chirriaban, falta evidente de mantenimiento y, además, problemas de limpieza. La sensación general era la de estar en un establecimiento al que le hace falta una reforma profunda desde hace años y una limpieza. Las fotografías que vimos en Booking no reflejaban fielmente el estado real de la habitación que recibimos. La diferencia entre lo que se muestra al realizar la reserva y lo que encontramos al llegar nos pareció exagerada. El hotel no está en condiciones de alquilarse. Disappointing + Boa localização − O quarto não era uma kitchenette conforme anunciado. Não possuía fogão, pratos ou talheres. Estava com uma bebê pequena e isso foi um transtorno. Todo serviço de praia - cadeiras, guarda-sol - eram pagos separadamente. O quarto não era muito limpo, e portas caindo.

Para moverse y pasear esta bien! al pie de la playa + La ubicacion.. el espacio de la habitacion − La atencion de llegada no fue tan buena.. Lo que parece como kichtenaid en bungalow no es tal, solo tiene cafetera ni microondas tiene... La pileta es chiquita y media sucia... El servicio de playa con cobro es ridiculo.. porque no lo ponen en el precio?
