Staff muito atencioso e educado! + O hotel é bastante simples, condizente com o valor que se paga! Precisávamos de apenas algumas horas para um banho e arrumar a bagagem e foi útil para nos! Pessoal super attencioso e localização espetacular!

Faded glory now looking tatty. + Centrally located,sort of,with six massive rooms per floor and a roof top swimming pool (small). Grand entrance reception area belies what comes next.My room 1106 had two massive beds,cracked lino at the bathroom entrance, a defective shower head, a mini bar fridge which did not work and was then replaced,and of the two lifts that served the entire building,one was out of action for the entire three days of my stay. Not clever. Oh and the half bottle of red wine is not gratis,it has to be paid for. Corkscrew/bottle opener in on a chain which just about sums the place up ! Good nights sleep for all that and good range of choices for breakfast. If you want an omelette it is at extra cost. No restaurant and no bar but plenty of options in the vicinity. The place needs a good makeover but you get what you pay for.

+ Building is very old, you can’t lock your door from inside. And it’s very hard to lock from outside. Cozy room. Breakfast isn’t good. They just give you couple piece of bread as breakfast. And they even charge me for tap water.

Old and dirty hotel + Old and dirty hotel. Our toilets were broken : you had to put the hands inside to use it. Climatisation is not included in the price : we decided to not pay for it. The owner went into our Room while we were outside to take the remote control! Its not worth 25 €!

+ O problema é Hotels.com cobrar o valor que está cobrando em dólares, não vale, o valor em pesos no local é menor que a metade. Hotel é antigo, e cobra o uso do ar condicionado em separado, coisa que vcs não informam e com esse preço em dólar, existe muito hotéis na região bem melhores.

Molestia con Hoteles.com, sin servicio al cliente + No pude llegar el primer día a alojar, y me dijeron me comunicara con Ustedes Hoteles.com, lo cual llevo 3 días enviando mails, pero uds simplemente no tienen Servicio, malísima la respuesta de Hoteles.com.

Falta de desinfeccion y pulgas en la habitacion + Tenia pulgas el lugar , mi novia esta toda brotada por culpa se esa falta de desinfeccion del lugar , culparon a los perros q ellos dejan entrar y ahora estoy gastando plata en remedios por su culpa
