− WE got there late and we were told that the room capacity is for only 2 people and we had to get a separate room and paid extra for a child. So disappointing.

Excellent, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, great breakfast and good facilities. + Comfortable, spacious room with lovely pool and excellent breakfast. Good location in a quiet neighborhood near the bus station, a short walk from the centre of town. − Only complaint: the “sauna” was a steam room, not a dry sauna.

Oasis en el calafate + El lugar es un oasis, al entrar te sientes muy comodo, el personal en general muy bien, el desayuno sencillo pero variado. Habitacion muy cómoda y completa. Zonas de relajación excelentes . Excelente ubicación a la central de buses − A la salida una srta en recepción fue muy "seca" o "indiferente" con mi solicitud de un medicamento para náuseas, no es que haya sido mala, solo que es muy notable a comparación con el resto de personas que se esfuerzan por ayudarte.
