Prima prijs kwaliteits verhouding. + Het balkon was heel fijn om te zitten − Als de douchedeur dicht was deze toch lekte en de vloer buiten de douche nat werd. Keuken iets te klein en we miste afzuiging bij de keuken.

+ Clean, central location and easy with the parking directions. − The communication wasn’t good. We tried to reach the host several times on booking.com and with phone, but they didn’t reply. Which made the check in a bit stressful and that we didn’t get an extra blanket that we asked for.

+ Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahnen. − Falsche Beschreibung der Wohnung - das "Apartment mit Balkon" für 7 Personen hat in Wirklichkeit keinen Balkon, sondern nur einen Austritt, auf den noch nicht mal ein Stuhl passt. Das Balkon-Foto, das bei Booking zu dieser Wohnung zu sehen ist, stammt von einer anderen Wohnung. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir die Wohnung vor allem wegen des Balkons gebucht hatten. Die Nähe zu den Metrostationen "Strasbourg Saint-Denis" und "Réaumur Sebastopol" ist zwar praktisch, was man allerdings vor der Haustür, in den Seitenstraßen und vor den Eingängen zur Metro "Strasbourg Saint-Denis" zu sehen bekommt, möchte man nicht wirklich sehen. Schuld ist wahrscheinlich die Nähe zu Bahnhöfen Gare de I'Est und Gare du Nord. Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist, sollte sich das gut überlegen.

+ El apartamento estaba bien, pero hace 10 días intento que me devuelvan el depósito de la tarjeta y no hay manera de que me contesten ni el alojamiento ni Booking, es lamentable, tienen mi dinero bloqueado. − Cómo gestionan la atención al cliente, reclamaciones para devolver el depósito que no contestan, el alojamiento no responde, Booking dice que no puede hacer nada, en fin un desastre

París es muy encantada y de este Depto es muy accesible + La ubicación es apropiada para hacer caminando varios puntos y tiene cerca el metro − Que no es para 8 debería ofrecerse para 6 El baño es chico para tantos y mal la distribución, la puerta da a la cocina Faltó lugar para poder comer O abrís las camas para las 8 ( todos alineados) o Tenes el living Nosotras pasamos todo el día afuera e íbamos a dormir Ofrecían aire acondicionado y no funcionaban A cambio ventiladores Además faltaban enchufes para poder poner los ventiladores

Me lo esperaba más amplio + Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Es una zona tranquila. En unos 25 minutos andando está Notre Dame. Cerca hay paradas de metro y de autobuses justo en la puerta. Del alojamiento me gustó el baño y la terraza. − Me resultó agobiante para los cuatro. Aunque solo estábamos para dormir. Es un estudio, todo en una misma habitación, pensaba que seria algo más amplio. La TV no funcionaba y la lavadora estaba en el pasillo a compartir con otros huéspedes.

Δεν θα το πρότεινα. + Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία − Έκανα κράτηση για διαμέρισμα ενός υπνοδωματίου με σαλόνι και μου έδωσαν έναν πολύ μικρό ενιαίο χώρο με ένα κρεβάτι και ένα διθέσιο σε έναν διάδρομο με διαχωριστικό. Για 4 άτομα υπερβολικά μικρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν απαντούσε στο τηλέφωνο και περιμέναμε αρκετά για το check in. Χρεώνει 500 ευρώ εγγύηση και αν δεν πλύνεις τα πιάτα σου κρατάει χρήματα από την εγγυήση.
