Amazing service! Perfect start of our trip to Japan, staff was very helpful and caring! + We had an amazing 2-night stay at Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The traditional Japanese breakfast was one of the highlights of our visit. It was beautifully presented, delicious, and a wonderful way to experience local cuisine. We also loved the private outdoor bath in our room. It was incredibly relaxing and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Kyoto, adding a special touch to our stay. The hotel itself is peaceful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, creating a truly authentic Kyoto experience while offering every comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Nazuna is comfortable classy and authentic. I look forward to returning. + Our rooms were beautiful and well appointed. I loved the historical feel and our private Onzen. Our rooms were immaculate. − The lounge needed cleaning so my first impression wasn’t great. The rooms were in top shape tho.

Love it here! Highly recommend + Had an AMAZING stay here, I’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Kyoto. Location is great and accessible to public transport. The staff are very kind and hospitable. The experience and room is very relaxing and unique, it’s perfect for a Kyoto stay. My husband and I loved having the room with an onsen bath to come soak off all the body pain after a long day of exploring in Kyoto!

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. recomendo a todos! + The hotel is very well located, and the staff and facilities surprised us very positively. We were very well attended to by the entire team. Among the excellent team members we interacted with from our arrival, we are pleased to mention them below, but please forgive us if we have forgotten anyone, as everyone on the team deserves a 1000/10! We were also very satisfied with our choice of a very good Suite room with a spacious and very well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, the cleanliness and quality of the room and sleep, the bathroom and the products available were all top quality, in addition to the tasteful decoration and the privileged location. On behalf of myself, Alexandre Mauad, my wife Ana Julia, and our daughter Livia, I would like to wholeheartedly praise and thank the entire excellent and professional team at the Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St., especially Kazushi Waranabe and Ayuka Kanami, thank you so much!

A very scenic and chic place to stay with many amenities + The decor and ambiance of the place was definitely that highlight of our stay. When night hits and the lights and lanterns turn on, it really hits that you're in a foreign country experiencing their culture. The amenities in our room were extremely useful, and my family and I really enjoyed the onsen hot tub located in our villas. What we especially liked however, was the hotel breakfast they serve, it was very convenient that you could choose what time you wanted breakfast, and the food was more than satisfactory. − There's little to no complaints about our stay, everything that the hotel staff did was extremelly helpful and there was not one issue with our rooms.

Agréable + Bon hôtel avec un personnel disponible et sympathique. La localisation n’est pas extraordinaire mais comme les sites sont très éclatés dans la ville ce n’est pas très grave. Pour le petit déjeuner soit vous prenez le petit déjeuner japonais qui est copieux soit si vous prenez le continental alors c’est très très réduit. À noter enfin un salon avec des boissons et en-cas offerts très agréable. − Le petit déjeuner continental qui est très réduit
