    + Breakfast is good but need more western food, location is good − One of a reception chief staff was very rude talking to us, we had stayed twice and after back from Osaka the second time checked in she asked me "Is she the same woman with me as the first time checked in?", it was a shocking question my wife was very upset, thank you
