Exceptionnel + Le personnel qui reflète bien le luxe à la japonaise : respect, service, disponibilité... La chambre avec le onsen privatif est exceptionnelle et donne une vraie expérience traditionnelle japonaise. Le dîner gastronomique est plein de découvertes de mets et d'ingrédients locaux et typiques. Je recommande fortement d'essayer. Nous n'avons pas utilisé tous les services de l'hôtel (petit déjeuner, bains publics...) mais l'expérience était déjà incroyable.

+ Great location, close to the station, beautiful back garden, clean onsen with indoor and outdoor options, big comfy room, kaiseki meals were good (ALOT in quantity, i was so full). I can understand why some previous comments said not everyone will enjoy it. I enjoyed the food at breakfast and dinner but it is not for everyone − Multiple issues: 1) there were TWO cockroaches in my room. 2) no hand towels. Only one towel for shower and one small towel for onsen. you need to call reception to get extra towels. 3) the safe in my room was broken 4) i was a solo traveller so i was allocated a table at the back of the dining room in the corner for all my meals even though there were other vacant tables. The service was average but they did not offer to bring me any water or to refill my water unless i asked

+ Vivir la experiencia de la habitación, el ryokan y la comida japonesa − Faltan toallas. No se pueden usar las mismas toallas para la piscina, ryokan y habitación. Están mojadas de uno al otro. Tendría que haber toallas en la habitación, coger luego en el ryokan otras y otras si vas a la piscina

Bon séjour à hakone yumoto + Bon hôtel. La chambre (communicante de style japonais) était spacieuse. Le personnel est très disponible et à l'écoute, comme souvent au japon. La piscine est très grande. − . Notre chambre donnait sur une sorte de parking et un bâtiment annexe de l'hôtel (nous n'avions pas demandé une chambre avec vue sur le jardin). Pour 500 euros la nuit, on aurait pu s'attendre à mieux. Toujours est il que cela n'a pas impacté la qualité de notre séjour (dans les chambres de style japonais, pour préserver l'ambiance japonaise de la chambre, il vaut mieux laisser fermer les panneaux coulissants (shojis) placés devant les fenêtres). . J'ai trouvé que les shampooings et savons à disposition dans le onsen intérieur étaient d'une qualité insuffisante.

Struttura prezzo/qualita’ pessimo + Purtroppo sono abituato alle strutture di 5 stelle in Cina. In Giappone le 5 stelle non corrispondono alle 5 stelle ma 4. La spa è la piscina bella. − Troppo costoso. Bagni inguardabili. Zero colazione. Molte regole restrittive.
