+ Excellent new hotel at Sapporo (not Sapporo-Odori), location was great. Just 2 blocks from the shopping district. Close to subway, and airport bus. Staffs were friendly. Best thing is having a washer dryer in the room to do laundry and it’s free! Highly recommended!

Excellent location + Room was large and roomy for family of four. Staff was friendly. Great location for sightseeing, shopping and dining.

Over all, not good enough + We had to change the room because of the funny smell, then when I put something on the base of the bedside shelf, it was covered with very thick dust. It was very difficult to adjust the AC to make it comfortable, we ended up not getting enough sleep for the entire stay. The location is good and the staff are friendly though.

Great location and staff! + Centralized location, clean hotel and great staff made our stay enjoyable. We really love having a washer and dryer in our room! Will stay at this location again if ever in Sapporo in the future.

+ Location is very convenient, with an entrance to Odori station right around the corner from the hotel. The room was also clean, very quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. Staff was friendly and spoke English very well.

3 night stay + This is an excellent place with comfortable rooms. Netflix on the tv. Breakfast is superb with lovely salmon and scrambled eggs.

+ In room laundry is especially useful, as we have stayed for 15 days. It's within 10 minutes walking time to many major shopping areas. My wife has even got her hair styling at a nearby superb hair stylist.

+ Very convenient location. Lots of dining places and shopping within 10~15 mins walk plus walking distance to Sapporo TV Tower, Nijo Market, Odori Station, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Susukino. Washer/dryer in room was useful with good instructions in English. Downside is room is rather small with very limited space and no wardrobe/clothes closet. Had to "live out of suitcase" and kept clothes in luggage under the bed.
