+ 這次很幸運被升級，房間變很大。除去升級的部分，一早就有早餐可以吃，往返機場的接駁車班次也多，非常方便！下次需要機場住宿絕對會優先考慮

I had a pleasant stay overall. + It was a pleasant hotel. Staff were helpful and nice. But the beds were a bit old. Rooms were very clean. − It was nice. Rooms and bathroom were well cleaned but the pillows were slightly odorous as they may have been old.

総合的にはお得。値段が変わらないなら、また利用すると思う + 安い − 駐車場からフロントまでが遠い、1人の場合荷物を入り口に置いておけない（ポーターがいない）また、駐車場からフロントに向かう途中に屋根がない。雨だとさらに不便

ロケーションと価格優先のホテルです。 + 成田空港に近い！駐車場も広い。東横インとしては巨大な施設。海外からのインバウンド客が多い。空港前泊、または、到着した日に泊まるホテル。とにかくロケーションが良いことがすべて。 − かなり混雑していて、ロビーも雑然とした雰囲気。コンビニがあるので便利だが、大混雑でした。

値段も値段なんで…こんなもんかな？ + 無料の朝食なので、質はやはり他とは落ちるかも知れないが、用意してもらえるだけ有難い。 リムジンバスの運転手さんは皆親切。 − エレベーターが3台も有るのに…朝とか各階止まり なかなか1階まで行かない。一杯なら乗れないように出来ないか？ アメニティー有るのに…チェックイン時知らせてくれなかった。

海外旅行で成田を利用する際、ワンクッションを与えてくれる最適なホテル + 海外旅行からの到着が夜遅かったっため、一泊だけ利用させていただきました。空港からホテルへのシャトルバスが深夜まで運営されていたので大変助かりました。スタッフの皆様の挨拶と笑顔がとても印象的でした。お風呂があったのも帰国の二人にはホッとさせてくれました。翌日の朝ごはんはとても美味しく、そこでも皆様の挨拶が元気を与えてくれました。 − 海外旅行のスーツケース二人分を部屋で広げるためには窮屈でしたが、一泊だけでしたのでそれほど気になりませんでした。クローゼットもないのでご注意を。
