+ We liked the staff they were very helpful, shuttle service was very good, breakfast was good but everyday same menu no changes...above all everything was good. − The airconditions didn't work nicely we had 3 rooms but non of the rooms had nice air condition and it was very hot.

快適な前泊でした。 + 羽田空港へのアクセスなしやすさがよかった。リクエストでベッドを移動してくれていてとても助かった。 − 特筆することは特にない。旅行の前泊として利用したので十分でした。コンビニに麦茶など子供用品が取り扱ってるとさらによかった。

良かった。 + お部屋は綺麗でした。 1階にコンビニもあり便利。 地震がありましたが、 スタッフの対応も良かったと思います。 − 朝一の飛行機の時間に間に合わないので、 前泊で利用したのにシャトルバスはその時間には目的地の第1ターミナルまで行かず、乗り換える事が不便でした。

Proximity to airport, ground transportation and shopping make this a great value for the money. + Very clean, well maintained property. Close to Narita airport, Narita station, and shopping. − Restaurant hours were strange considering the 24-hour hotel operations. Restaurant opening and closure hours were not accommodating to guest arrival and departure times.

とても便利なホテル！ + 素泊まりでの利用でした。空港への送迎バスがあり便利でした。自家用車も10日間停めておくことができて快適でした。一階にコンビニがあり旅行グッズも取り扱いがあったので、とても良かったです！ホテルの方たちも良い方ばかりでした。客層は外国の方が多く、外国のホテルに泊まっている感覚になり楽しかったです。パジャマも用意してあり助かりました。 − 大浴場を利用したかったのですが、別料金でだったのが残念でした。現地についてから初めて知りました。わざわざ大浴場受付で追加料金を支払うのは面倒だったので、大浴場は利用しませんでした。最初からお風呂込みの値段で設定して欲しいです。先たらもっと快適な滞在になったと思います。

+ L'hôtel est spacieux et très agréable. Il est entouré d'arbres. Le Family Mart à l'intérieur, c'est génial. J'ai apprécié l'onsen et le sauna., pouvoir se rendre à Narita centre, au mall Aeon grâce à la navette. Le personnel est très pro et très serviable. L'offre bars et restaurants est superbe. Merciiii pour cet adorable séjour. Belle continuation :D − RAS
