また利用したくなるます + コスパ抜群で、立地も良いです。 周辺には、徒歩圏内にスーパー、飲食店、駅など困ることはまずありません。 新しく清潔感あります。 チェックイン、チェックアウトも自分で行う為、便利です。 お風呂とトイレは別でとても良き。 − 駐車場が無いので、周辺のパーキングに停める必要がありますが、料金はよく調べて駐車しないと高くつくことになります。

快適 + 2年前も友人の予約で利用しました。その時からお風呂とトイレが別になっているところやキッチンがあるところやテレビの機能が最新になっているところがすごくいいと思いました セキュリティもちゃんとしてて素晴らしいと思いました − 特にないのですがしいというならば、お湯を沸かす専用のやかんがあればいいと思いました ポットだと誰かが靴下を洗っていると思ってしまうので靴下を洗うの禁止という張り紙をつけてやかんを置いておくとMinnというホテルしかない安くて快適なホテルになると思いました

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! + Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an der Kasai Metro Station und ist dennoch in ruhiger Lage. In der Nähe sind alle Geschäfte, die man benötigt (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Restaurants, Post usw.) Das Zimmer war für japanische Verhältnisse sehr groß. Es war sehr sauber und das Hotel macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. − Die Mitarbeiterinmem sind freundlich, jedoch ist die Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt. Es gibt jedoch die Möglichkeit per Chat oder Videotelefonie Kontakt aufzunehmen. Die (kostenlose) Gepäckaufbewahrung war am Tag unserer Abreise beim Check-Out bereits voll.

Camera poco accogliente per quattro persone + Prodotti per la pulizia e l’igiene eccezionali − Camera troppo piccola per quattro persone. Pubblicità un po’ ingannevole. Impossibile aprire le valigie. Abbiamo dovuto prepararci noi il letto.

Great Family experience + The facility has elevator it is located in a bed town , 40 minutes from Tokyo Station. It's the perfect location for those who look for a quiet environment with easy access. Kasai station and Kasai bus station are only 4 minutes away. It has easy access to Disney land/Disney Sea, with just one bos ride no transfer needed. The room is a complete one, kitchen and utensils, iron microwave, tv, hair dryer are within the service..just across the street there's a 24 hour grocery which relatively cheaper than konbini. Great experience. − It would be nice if you could provide trash bag inside the room for as long as the customer stays. I have to find your staff to ask for extra trash bag and it's not easy to find the staff
