+ Esperienza da dimenticare . Sono arrivato con un pò di anticipo dall’orario del check in quindi il personale mi ha invitato ad accomodarmi e aspettare fin qui tutto ok. Dopo di me sono arrivate molte persone che come me dovevano fare check in . Dopo circa un ora di attesa tutte le persone che erano arrivate dopo avevano avuto la stanza tranne io questo a mezz’ora dall’orario regolare del check in ( mi avevano assicurato di anticipare il check in di mezz’ora ) . Alle 15 ho reclamato la stanza in virtù del fatto che fosse l’orario della prontezza della camera e mi hanno detto che la stanza non era ancora pronta e dovevo aspettare alche ho preteso con fermezza la stanza così che tutto d’un colpo guarda caso la stanza era pronta . Nessuno dello staff si è scusato ed ha cercato qualche gesto di cortesia per scusarsi di quanto accaduto. Non è finita qui… Arrivati in camera ci siamo accorti che la pulizia della camera era alquanto scarsa . Dulcis in fundo la colazione… Tutto alla carta se…

If you can afford it. + Absolute perfection of cleanliness. Love the free bar service. − I love Sushi but even for me it was really challenging. It’s beautiful hotel with nice service but a bit too pricey. Could reduce 10-15%. But maybe that’s why it’s so seclusive.

Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un personale di una professionalità e una gentilezza davvero rare. Tutti si sono dimostrati estremamente cordiali, attenti e disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, sempre con discrezione e con un sorriso. È proprio questa autentica attenzione all’ospite che rende il Gora Karaku una struttura speciale. Un episodio, in particolare, ci ha fatto capire quanto sia concreta la loro attenzione al cliente. Durante il viaggio avevamo dimenticato sul treno una borsa contenente acquisti tax free. + It was very peaceful and beautiful...the staff was unbelievably nice... − It's out of the way.... But still doable. And the western breakfast...was not a Western breakfast. Also it was a set meal, same meal everyday. No changes... No a la carte

Excellent Luxurious Onsen Hotel + New onsen hotel conveniently located at walkable distance from Gora Station. Spacious room. Great dinner and breakfast experience. Beautiful lounge for afternoon tea. Roof top onsen with nice view. The onsen at the room balcony is a surprise. − Nothing.
