+ Hôtel agréable mais un peu difficile à trouver. Pas de bagagiste, seule la réceptionniste nous a aidés. Bon séjour malgré tout.

+ Wonderful staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, great view and easily accessible to transportation. The area is quite new and very quiet. Breakfast buffet is good, though, there isn't an egg station. But plenty of food to pick

+ This hotel was so beautiful. It was one of four I stayed at when visiting Japan. Right across the street is the Yakohoma Art Museum and then a 4 minute walk there’s a huge shopping center in the landmark tower where you can take a super fast elevator to the top floor to view Japan. There’s so many restaurant options and shopping. I loved staying at this hotel. There was also a delicious restaurant in the hotel that we dined at. It was Japanese take on Italian. I enjoyed it very much. The hotel also has a pool. We loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

+ This property is conveniently located for the types of things we like to do. It's also close to many transportation options as well as some shopping. The hotel has a nice feel but wish it had an onsen and not just a swimming pool.

+ The only down side of this property is the parking. It’s took so long.

Lack of flexibility and customer service + The place is clean and the rooms are comfortable. However, I found the hotel disappointing. First of all I had to pay for the day when I arrived. And every time I purchased a breakfast or any other item, it needed to be paid upfront. As opposed to charging things to the room and then just settling your final bill on checkout, which is what most hotels do. They have your credit card on file so I’m not really sure why they are charging upfront for everything. In addition, the front desk staff need to improve their English. Instead of being able to communicate English, they usually have to go back to the manager’s office behind the desk and get an explanation writing. Each room should have a Nespresso machine. A coffee maker is standard and should not be only for suites. Finally, the gym should be open 24 hours or at least as of 5 AM. 6 AM is too late and if you are travelling from North America and are jet lagged, you may want to use the g…

Worth the price because of it’s location. + Wonderful staff, many shops, restaurants and bars. Near the entertainment district.

+ The staff were helpful but not very flexible. The hotel entrance was difficult to find on both the 1st and 2nd floors, which made check-in a bit frustrating. If you’re arriving from the Sakuragicho direction, be prepared for a fairly long walk. Breakfast was just soso, and very crowded.

+ Easy shopping close by. Short walk to metro station. Very clean and quiet.

+ One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to shopping malls, restaurants, and subway stations. You can lie in bed and enjoy a picturesque sea view. The room is spacious, very clean, and stylish. The staff are professional and friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. I really like Yokohama and will definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.
