Comfortable room and best location near Zurich airport..but bad and unhelpful staff as at Obsgartens + Comfort and value for money − Attitude of staff and that my charger and brand new C cable was robbed and brand new note pad and diaries too.. obviously it was the cleaning staff....as inky they have access to the room door codes and not any fleur guest in hotel....Plus was super overcharged for the small Daschund puppy even though I stayed alone and had already paid for two guests......also I cleaned my own room..the cleaning women would never show up to clean even once a week..only when I'm not in the room, I suppose so someone could rob my things which were gone!

Gutes Zimmer, etwas unglückliche Info zur Adresse + Zimmer für eine Nacht absolut ausreichen. Lage zum Flughafen perfekt − Wenn im E-Mail steht, dass sich das Hotel und entsprechend dann auch die Zimmer an der Obstgartenstrasse 24 befinden, sollte das dann auch so sein. Nur durch Zufall haben wir das Zimmer 511 dann daneben, an der Obstgartenstrasse 22 gefunden.

Einfach und zweckmässig + Zimmer zweckmäßig, alles was man braucht, sauber, ruhige Lage, klare Information bezüglich Zugang, es klappte alles − Luft aus Lüftung in Bad roch nach Gülle, Mücke im Zimmer störte Schlaf, Steckdose hatte keinen Strom, bellender Husten von anderem Gast erschwerte Einschlafen Preis etwas hoch für einfache Ausstattung und gestörten Schlaf

überteuerte nur oberflächlich saubere Bude mit unfreundlichem Personal + Zugangscode habe ich vorab per Mail erhalten, war unkompliziert und hat gut funktioniert, Betten und Bettdecken waren bequem.. − unfreundliches Personal, das einfach auflegt wenn man Hilfe braucht, unausstehlicher Gestank im Badezimmer, alte Zigarettenkippen und Schachteln auf der Terrasse des als Familiensuite angepriesenen Zimmers, generell nur oberflächlich sauber, kein Parkplatz, Haupteingangstüre ständig offen..

− Der Ablauf im Waschbecken war verstopft, Verstopft heisst verstopft, wenn nach 6 Stunden immer noch das Wasser im Waschbecken stand, dann sollte es von der Reinigungskraft erkannt werden und auch den Schaden behoben werden. Es bestand die Gefahr einer Überschwemmung.

+ Le patron et le personnel du petit restaurant indien sont super sympa. Et on y mange très bien. − L'entrée du bâtiment avec le système de self-check-in défectueux n'est pas très accueillant ! Le mail reçu donne le code d'acvès à la chambre, mais ce n'est pas très bien expliqué comment y accéder.

Simple et pratique + La simplicité du check-in/ check-out. La taille de la chambre. Le silence − L’absence d’indication d’accès à la chambre: 514 est numéro 22 et non 24 sinon il faut traverser dans l’immeuble à un autre étage car le cinquième étage ne communique pas entre les 2 immeubles… La température a l’arrivée dans la chambre trop élevée.

However, when we contacted the hotel later, they said they would only refund us 10 Swiss francs. In the end, we received no money at all. I think this is really a breach of trust. If you were not going to refund anything, you should not have promised it in the first place. It’s not about the money for me. Also, the staff member who answered the phone had a very poor attitude. − Honesty is the foundation of doing business
