Very disappointing and unacceptable. − The common areas were not clean. The kitchen cabinet was not electricaly connected to the mains; although electrical wires were hanging from it, none of them actually powered the unit. The microwave had a French-style plug. We booked for three people; while there were indeed sleeping arrangements for three, there were towels for only two. The headboard which housed electrical outlets was not attached to the wall, leaving exposed wires accessible. We called the contact number, but no one answered.

It was full of regrets to book this for a stay. + It was really very pethatic. I did not like that. My kids were really very uncomfortable because if tge hit atmosphere of room. − It was really very pethatic. The room was too hot and there was nothing to overcome this hotness (fan, AC). Toilet accesories were broken and there was no hand wasb and other toiletories that were mentioned in description. Also none of the kitchen electronics were in a working condition (microwave, hotplate, fridge etc). Its was really very dissappointing experience of spending night there.

Não vale o valor cobrado − O banheiro não tinha cortina nem box, a cada banho, ficava todo molhado. Tinha um espelho (tipo espelho de aumento) com um lado quebrado e o vidro foi deixado lá - bem perigoso. Quando chegamos a chave não estava disponível, por sorte tinha um funcionário lá que nos auxiliou.

Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen! − Es war recht schmutzig, Schimmel auf der Decke in der Dusche, Stühle voller Flecken, am Tisch waren Brandflecken, Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht und war voller Staub, Boden auch Dreckig. Es war heiß in der Wohnung fenster in der Nacht offen lassen nicht möglich da darunter die Straßenbahnen fahren!

+ La ubicación − Es un apartahotel para personas jonkis ,mal de la cabeza que viven de la social en Zurich,y me parece incomprensible que lo anuncien en vuestra empresa.Una habitación con un solo cojín pequeño para el matrimonio,nadie a quien reclamar.Las habitaciones de los yonkis con las puertas abiertas porque no cabía tanta mierda, cárteles en otras puertas amenazando a personas, daba asco

+ Легко доехали и заселились. Номер чистый , кровать удобная , вода горячая отличная. − По жаре без кондиционера будет очень жарко. На два человека нам оставили одну подушку и одно одеяло. Утюга и чайника нет. Фен работает через раз. В душе шторки нет и вода залила весь пол. Мне пришлось пожертвовать футболкой чтобы вытереть пол. На кухне нет соли , чая , и т.д.. мочалки и моющего для посуды нет. Жить можно но учесть эти моменты

La ecatombe!!! + Nada me gustó más, es la peor experiencia de apartamento que haya tenido en mis años de vida. Que horror!! No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la campaña extractora de la cocina, ni la del baño, ni la caja fuerte, ni la wifi… un cuadro!! − Hubiera ido bien que las cosas funcionaran como deberían de funcionar desde un principio.

Pessimo − Tutto sommato un soggiorno pessimo con servizi insoddisfacenti o non funzionali. Dall'inizio, il self check-in non ha funzionato e il codice mandatoci per ritirare la chiave non era giusta, anche se il loro team ha risposto velocemente alla mail. Inoltre la stanza doveva essere dotata di internet e microonde. Nel primo giorno la connessione wi-fi già non funzionava più, e il micronde non andava per piu di 10 secondi senza spegnersi. Anche se i letti sono abbastanza comodi, il loro stato di pulizia non è accettabile. Stanza sporca, con una macchia marrone sul lenzuolo, cicche di sigarette e un vecchio calzino sotto al letto. Il bagno era vecchio, ugualmente sporco, e la parte metallica sotto lo specchio dove appoggiare varie cose era rotto e coperto di ruggine... La posizione non è male, abbastanza vicino al centro e con accanto un parco carino e adatto per passeggiate, eccetera. Essendo uno degli "alberghi" più economici di Zurigo ci si può aspettare che la qualità…
