Great location- Great room - room too hot and gave us a headache and slept poorly every night - argued daily with one of + Location - room size - quality of food − Staff need to all be trained in hospitality and the concept that the customer should be listened to and not argued with ... perhaps saying hello when you arrive at the restaurant would be a good start!

Overpriced + Good location & great breakfast. Very nice staff at the reception and for the breakfast service. − Old fashioned - still need to hand over the room key every time you leave the hotel, furnitures are old. The hotel director is borderline rude and way too familiar with some of the staff members even if they are related, it doesn’t look professional. Also the restaurant and bar were closed which isn’t really acceptable for a 4* hotel at that price.

Top quality hotel in the centre of Verbier + Top quality hotel in the centre of Verbier. I've stayed here several times before an will certainly plan to return. Comfortable room, great views all round, pleasant bar and spa and lovely helpful people − The restaurant was closed in the evening when I was there but there are plenty of good restaurants within a five-minute walk

exceptionally friendly stuff. very accommodating for cyclist, especially if you are participating in the tour des statio + very central location great breakfast − room was not very modern but lots of space. remote control for TV did not work (broken batteries)

Excellent séjour + L'hotel est bien placé, possède un parking. Le petit déjeuné est très bien. Le personnel est très agréable. − Rien de particulier. Un peu étrange qu'il n'y avait qu'un rideau pour la salle de bain et non pas une porte. Heureusement, il y avait une porte pour les toilettes.
