Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Küche gibt 5* + Das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Alles war da. Sogar ein halber Liter Milch im Glas wurde uns gebracht, das war einmalig;-)) Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter sind super! Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt alles was man erwartet. Ruhige Lage. Bequeme Betten sowie die Bettausstattung. − Alles war einwandfrei!

Für eine Übernachtung zum Skifahren sehr gut geeeignet. + Die Lage ist super, mit dem quasi vor der Tür haltenden Skibus ist man in 7 Minuten an der Ski-Talstation. Das Personal ist extrem nett und das Restaurant bietet eine hervorragende Abendküche. − Die Twinbetten sind extrem schmal. Die Duschmöglichkeit in der Badewanne hat einen sehr gefährlichen hohen Einstieg über den Wannenrand ohne Haltegriff oder ähnlichem.

+ Nice hotel about 10 minutes outside the city centre of Engelberg, but close to the mountains and the ski area, which was great. The room was clean, and the housekeeper was very lovely and even offered me coffee when the restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday. − Communication was a bit difficult as the staff only spoke German. I wasn’t informed that the restaurant and breakfast service were closed on Monday and Tuesday, and I had to decide about breakfast at check-in. However, we managed to communicate in the end.

Kommen wieder aber mit Zimmer auf die Rückseite + Sauber, freundlich und Frühstück und Znacht sehr fein! − Da es recht warm war öffneten wir die Balkontüre ganz, ab fünf Uhr morgens von der Strasse vor dem Hotel sehr lauter Verkehr.
