Disappointing given the price + Great location − Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bar staff were unresponsive when I arrived - tried to order drinks at the bar and was told someone would come to the table - 20 minutes later I had to go back to the bar. Someone came in the room at 10 past 9 in the morning without knocking

Nice ambiance, less practicle room accommodations. + The breakfast we really nice. Tasty offerings and a nice variety. Staff was great and tables/eating was nice. Love the decor. − It was a heat wave while we were there, and the room just wouldn't get cool very easily. There also wasn't enough space to open our suit cases. There was one small flip out stand. Very little counter space around the sink or to lay out things. Also one small chair (cusion) and one sort of desk chair. Also the door to the shower opened into the shower area. I think this is incorrect.

Highly recommended hotel in Zurich + Location is very central. The rooms are very clean and well-lit. Very comfortable. I had a great stay. Love it. − I had a bit of trouble locating it but it’s not a big deal at all !

+ Independent by all standards. I thank the reception team for their excellent service, speed, and professionalism, and I also thank the daily cleaning staff for their tidying and organization. The hotel's location is excellent, with everything you need and everything you need close at hand. I highly recommend it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

+ E’la seconda volta che soggiorno in questo hotel e questa volta la camera assegnata era spaziosa. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile. − Su tre notti un giorno non hanno fatto le pulizie. Il design del bagno è tale per cui nel fare la doccia e’ impossibile non allagare anche il resto. Il lavandino in camera rende problematico non svegliare l’altra persona se uno dei due vuole alzarsi prima per prepararsi.
