My peaceful weekend at the blades + The river side, the view though it is still but wow!!! I can't wait to visit in summer, the quietness, it gives peace of mind − Not something that I can think of, but I wish there was a bench where I can sit during sunset by the river side just to watch those ducks playing...

Fireside Baths, Birdsong Mornings, and an Unforgettable Stay + Loved the view, got to see some amazing King Fishers (Pied, Brown-Hooded, Malachite & Giant), the bath next to the fire place was incredible and the kitchen know how to do meat perfectly! − The buffet scrambled eggs need some work and so does the chocolate volcanoe dessert. Some hotel guests left over from a work function were a bit rowdy during dinner, but management did seem to deal with them.

Not Bad at all + Breakfast was not made with love, the omelette was dry but baffet has a fresh food − The room has no body wash ,they dont check the rooms clearly ,coffee machine is not working what is the point of keeping it in room

Overall, I had a good stay. It was quiet & peaceful. Breakfast was exceptional. + The pool was a really good feature. − It’s not well advertised online. It looks way better when you get there

Excellent getaway! + Absolutely loved the environment, the bed was super comfortable, the room was cozy, lovely and clean bathrooms, the food delicious! − Only thing is it’s not as baby friendly as would have liked, there’s only stairs to sit upstairs and also stairs to navigate around the property to get to the boma etc. so it would have been nice to have more accessibility for prams around the property.
