It is the second time staying there within the last 6 weeks, and we probably will go back again. + The property and surrounding areas is scenically beautiful. The facilities itself are good, we particularly enjoyed the warmed swimming pool, and various walking trails. − I expected more from the executive rooms. They were spacious etcetera, but the noise from the bathroom extraction fans is beyond irritating. We could hear them from adjoining rooms. Also, sound travelled a lot, especially when customers closed the room doors. No soft close here, just a bang. Otherwise, we were happy with the cleanliness of the rooms. We also felt the buffet-only dinner is a bit of a rip-off at R325 per person, excluding refreshments. An option to order off the menu would be more than welcomed.

+ On arrival the receptionist realized that my daughter was on crutches. She arranged the room inside the main building just above the receptionist and the restaurant. They ensured that our stay was comfortable. I didn't have to stand in the queue to dish for her meals. We were treated with courtesy by all staff We had a wonderful time. The Spa was 🤏 Food was delicious ✅ View were superb Unfortunately we couldn't swim ( we'll swim next time) Hope to visit again next winter
