Viaje desde Mexico + Las instalaciones ya se ven viejas, la madera muy deteriorada, aunque. La atención en general fue aceptable fue un viaje muy lejano en donde esperábamos más por el precio comparativo con otros hoteles, el shuttle al centro comercial es una pérdida de tiempo para ir a un duty free, las albercas si están muy bien!! Había gente trabajando en la alberca principal por lo que no había mucha paz. El desayuno muy bien y la comida también. Nunca pudimos coordinar el estudio fotográfico y nos compensaron con una botella y fruta lo cual se agradece pero es algo que podríamos comprar en cualquier lado, en cambio las fotos en el hotel son irrepetibles sobre todo para un viaje de una vez en la vida como es desde México. Se entiende que no hay control sobre las condiciones climatológicas, pero sí sobre la experiencia en esas condiciones, creo que podían hacer un esfuerzo por ofrecernos el estudio fotográfico en otro horario. La comunicación fue complicada casi nadie habla inglé…

+ Красивый, уютный отель, расположение отличное, до города пешком 20 мин. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Отдельное спасибо Апилу(Apil), за внимательность к гостям. Рекомендую.

Perfekt. + Die Unterkunft war sehr ruhig und gediegen. Gehobenes Publikum. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Teilweise war die Kommunikation etwas mühsam (wenig Englischkenntnisse); was aber mit Übersetzungsapps zu lösen war.

Очереди на завтрак портит все впечатления от отдыха в данном отеле. + Большое спасибо Алексу на ресепшен и работникам SPA. Вы скрасили моё пребывание с этом отеле. − Я давно смирилась с устаревшим номерным фондом, периодически живу в этом отеле из-за территории, которая утопает в зелени. Но ресторан! Очередь длиной в 20 минут каждый день , чтоб попасть на завтрак! Я была во многих отелях на острове и такое вижу впервые! Ну сделайте завтрак до 12, если отель полностью загружен и вы не справляетесь. Персонал совершенно отрешенный, три раза просила принести американо, на четвёртый принесли капучино. К 10:30 , после того , как отстоишь эту очередь, на завтраке уже остатки и пустые блюда.

Все замечательно , но дороговато + Все супер, на высшем уровне, вот только русскоговорящих нет в ресепшене − Море почему то не смогли поплавать , каменистый заход , нпдо было тапочки каралки брать

Рекомендую однозначно + Отправлял Маму на лечение и снял номер в данном отеле, все работники отеля были на высоте! Отдельное спасибо работникам ресепшена и руководству отеля за профессионализм! Очень рекомендую данный отель! Мама в восторге! Спасибо

Great location , amazing breakfast and staff. + The location and settings were amazing only shortfall as loads of rocks to get to the beach near the pools . Nicky and Chloe were amazing at the sunset bar. Evening entertainment needs to run longer − The rocks at the beach and some of the rooms need updating , floorboard in our room was wobbly
