We won’t ever ever stay here again. + The location is handy. − Where do I start… it was filthy. Disgusting. Looks like it needs a deep clean and new furniture asap. The couches were falling apart, the beds uncomfortable. Dirty and dusty and smelly. Blood stains on the walls. The cutlery and utensils were dirty and we had to wash anything before we used it. I could go on, this could be a great apartment and stay for people visiting but it’s honestly not worth it, not worth anything. We couldn’t wait to leave.

+ Staff were excellent. Location was central for most things we had planned.. loved the separated master bedroom and morning sea view from bed. − There was nothing we didnt like. Anything that can be seen as a negative eg older facilities, no lifts (steps after a day at wet n wild were harder lol) is all clearly mentioned in their write up.

We did bot end up staying + Great location − Was very dated and tired. The whole facility coyld do with a spruce up as there was paint chips, cloudy ḡlass and not totally clean surfaces.

+ Have stayed with Sandcastles many times and been very happy. The apartment this time was far from up to scratch. Which was disappointing as our previous stays have been fantastic. − Apartment smelled very funny upon entry, saucepans and pan in cupboard had baked on food in it , cutlery was greasy, dishwasher smelt like someone cooked a fish in it which I think was the smell we could smell i ran 3 cycles to try get rid of the odour. The put our washing through machine but the clothes dryer was dodgy so had to place clothes on the airer. Apartment 225. This had not been our previous experience normally our says have been great.but we had not been in this apartment before.

Great quiet location, close to lots of amenities with Harbour Town 2 mins drive away. Nice outdoor facilities and underg + Great location - a lot quieter than in Surfers. We found it a really great location to all the things we like to do eg shopping (Harbour Town 2 mins drive down the road), theme parks etc The outdoor facilities were well maintained such as the pool & BBQ area Comes with an underground car park which was super convenient We had a 3 bed apartment and it was very spacious. With 4 adults and 1 teenager, we never felt we were on top of each other which is important when we were there for 2 weeks. − Can’t speak for all apartments but ours was very dated. There were also holes in the walls (a couple of quite big ones) which doesn’t look great. Kitchen equipment was very limited which made it difficult to cook meals. While there were pots and frypans, only 1 bowl and no chopping board. I had to purchase some things to make it work for us. When we arrived, we found pr…

+ The view was amazing. The staff were very helpful fixing small issues we found when we arrive − Say 2 car spaces but because of the storage cage could only fit one. No elevator so walking up the stairs to the 3rd floor with luggage and groceries was a pain
