+ Nice unique place, interior and exterior. The restaurant was good. − 1. Loud group of young drunk girls ruined both nights in the sitting lounge area. I wanted to chill out with a drink and they were loud and singing terribly with no respect for other guests. Management allowed it to continue. 2. Ground floor room do not bother, can hear everything upstairs, toilet, shower, footsteps. Not a very comfortable experience. Very disappointed for the price and no breakfast included, no water bottles in room. Which is a first for any other places we've stayed.

Excellent service, delicious food and a relaxing, family-friendly stay—we’d happily return. + We had a fantastic stay! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The spacious lounge area was perfect for our baby to crawl around and play safely. Having a restaurant on-site was so convenient, meaning we didn’t have to leave the venue, and the food was absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the bar served excellent cocktails. We would happily stay here again − No lifts or elevators so had to carry pram, porta cot and luggage upstairs. No complimentary water. Rooms are little small

Quiet location with great amenities, excellent comfort and relaxing rustic lounge with open fire. + The room was warm with plenty of room for one person and towels. The bathrobe was a bonus for walking to the pool. The shower was hot, and the tiles were warm, perfect for a winter's day. The variety of teas and coffees was excellent. − The kettle was not easy to fill up using the bathroom sink, but manageable. The cups for tea/coffee did not have saucers and were too small for a proper cuppa tea or coffee; I would have preferred mugs instead or a teapot. Probably needed small plates or serving bowls to enjoy little snacks in the room.

Just awful + The property looks beautiful but even sitting in the lovely big loungeroom, the open fire did not work and all you could smell was urine from the mens toilet − the property advertised itself as being in Daylesford, it is not in Daylesford, it is in Hepburn Springs. We lay in bed each night listening to the guests in the room above going to the toilet, the staff had no interest in us as we were not club members, the smell of urine in the main lounge area was gross. The main lounge bar mostly had no staff so if yu wanted a drink you had to go down a few flights of stairs, the staff would then run back up to the main loung bar, mix your drink and bring it downstairs so that you could then carry it back upstairs to sit in the loung area and drink it. Very Basil Fawlty. Terrible place

Beautiful and tranquility + My partner and I like the facilities such as spa and restaurant. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We enjoyed it. − The location is a bit far from the town. Not walking distance.
