Fantastic location and premise, will be back. + Great spa, pool facilities. Lovely flavoured water in the atrium. Very handy access to everything. Multiple entrances which was handy. − More towels would be great.

+ Excellent breakfast, great views, very comfortable bed − Basement parking but still had to pay AU$22 a day, should be free. Plenty of spots available. Toilet had a dripping sound.

Affordable for a reason. + The location was great and the staff were lovely. − The rooms were extremely outdated and the bedding was old and scratchy. What happened to staying in a hotel for comfort and a little luxury with something as small as a quilt on the bed, not an old blanket with piling from overuse and age?! It was also the fact that you had guests smoking in their rooms that would drift through the halls, windows, and vents which made someone travelling with a child who had asthma extremely uncomfortable.

Relaxed and quiet room, helpful staff, undercover parking is great, bed comfortable and pillows devine, breakfast includ + great view , helpful staff, breakfast top notch, − had to step into the bath to shower is not my preference, it’s a safety issue for me but there was a hand rail to support my transfer . Just safer for a walk in shower.

we had a 5 nights stay and we enjoyed it very much including the 'Happy Hour' every night + Well located close to Tram stop only short walking distance from the beach the view from the 18th floor where we were was superb especially at night − the toilet paper should be in a more accessible place

It was a pleasant holiday. + Convenient location and comfortable bed. Close to the beach and popular attractions. − Breakfast is the same every morning. I suggest to make 1 or 2 changes from the mains to surprise the guests.
