The young lady on the reception desk was lovely, very polite & respectful + No breakfast provided − The extraction fan over the hotplates couldn't be turned off. Because of the noise it makes, a restfull sleep is impossible.

A get away + That is was central to everything that you might need the shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk and the rooms where very comfortable and quiet you can't hear other guests − There do not have pool or gym and I found that the lights in the room where very bright as they are all on one switch so if someone is watching TV in the dark and if someone would like to cook you need the lights on and that the hole room lit up should have separate lights plus the bed it's hard to cuddle up to your partner as the Ridge in the middle as to single bed are pushed together it would have been nice if it was a little better 😉

+ comfortable and very close to public transport into city − Would really be helpful if you had parking with charging for an electric vehicle. This was available close by on the street but not predictably available. Thanks

Great location and reasonably priced. + The location to the CBD of Chatswood & the Metro/Buses, not too mention the Westfield Shopping Centre. − No windows & the airconditioning when on very cold when sitting on the lounge.

Friendly happy staff at a convenient location and a really well equipped apartment + Perfect setting right next to the hospital − The shower/bath was a tad slippery and had no safety rails
