− Das Appartement entspricht keinem Standard. Die Einrichtung wirkt wie von einem Flohmarkt zusammengewürfelt. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

OK for a stopover, 'budget' style and dated + The location was good, especially if you plan or going to, or coming back from the Westman Islands/Heimay as this is only a 20 minute drive from the ferry. Radiators were on when we arrived which was nice for a cooler day. − It was so noisy! The three apartments are on the ground floor, and the hosts live above you. The walls and floors are thin; we could hear the floor being swept above us, the loud conversations, I could hear a kid exclaiming that they didn't want something....together with the light, flimsy, non-blackout curtains, it was really hard to sleep. The shower was blocked so had to have really quick showers so not to flood the place. The apartment itself is spacious, but very dated from the 70's or 80's, there was a functioning old kitchen (only used the kettle, toaster and microwave) and the furniture was old. My dryer worked, but the dryer in the apartment next door didn't work (so I let him use mine..). It's just ok for a q…

Nothing fancy, but a fun farmhouse stay in a great location on the South Coast. + This is a working farm. We had the opportunity to speak with and watch the owners milking the cows and feeding the two baby sheep that were without a mother. The two dogs that met us were VERY friendly and nice. We had a beautiful view out of the kitchen window of the horses in the morning and evening. We were 4 adults (2 in a large double-bed room; 2 in a triple-bed room). The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The bathroom was large and included a nice washer and dryer which we used. The shower had both a rainfall shower head and a hand-held shower head. Water pressure was great, and the temperature control value worked consistently well which is important because the Icelandic hot water can be VERY hot. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to fix our own breakfast. We recommend you stop at a grocery store in Hvolsvollur on your way to this farm from the Sout…

Charming + What you get here is an enormous apartment on an active farm. You'll be greeted by horses and sheep. Don't expect any high end interior design either, but rather a charming mix of furniture thrown together from different styles and time periods, yet everything functional, and everything is there: besides a fully equipped proper kitchen, there's a bathroom with a washing machine and a dryer! − The enormous window in the bathroom could do with some curtains for the guests on the shy side.

+ Casa grande e super attrezzata, un po' isolata come tutti gli alloggi in Islanda! Fa parte di una fattoria la cui proprietaria e una pecorella ci hanno accolto e indicato il nostro alloggio! − Il bagno è grande e fornito ma la doccia non ha una tenta o un vetro protettivo per cui si bagna molto il pavimento

Un soggiorno immerso nella natura islandese + Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento a piano terra, molto bello. Dalla finestra della cucina si goda una spettacolare vista sul tramonto. All'esterno c'erano i bellissimo cavalli islandesi. L'appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario. Si trova a 20 minuti di auto dalla cascata Seljalandsfoss. − Niente
