Beautiful location, comfy beds. Will be back. + Loved the location outside the town centre. Quick walk to the industrial arts area. Peaceful location. Bed and pillow’s were super comfy. Room service staff were efficient and detail orientated. The Osprey spa was stunning, fantastic service from all staff, except for the morning buffet service. Great to be able to walk to the beach from the resort. − No spa in the adult’s only pool. Spa in the general pool always had kids in it during the day. No sauna facilities. The gluten free option for the breakfast buffet weren’t on par with other resorts such as JW Marriott etc that have gluten free pastries. Bacon was very fatty and greasy. Service was hit and miss in the mornings at the buffet. I don’t think the buffet was good value for money.

+ Great pool, great buffett, great grounds, loved the rainforest tour and fairy trail for kids. Staff very friendly. − Gym was poor for a 5 star resort. Way too small and not nearly enough equipment when compared to other 5 star resorts we have stayed at.
