Great facilities in the heart of surfers at a good price. Good for travellers who are planning on going out at night as + Super convenient location right in the heart of surfers. 5 minute walk into town, food and cafes nearby. Nice staff and easy check in and check out − It’s right next to cali beach club which are open I think Friday and Saturday’s, so it’s pretty loud at night. It was good for us though since we were going out partying, but if you are looking for somewhere quiet this might not be for you.

Fully paid booking refused despite prior notice and written confirmation of the name change. − Extremely disappointing experience. After a sudden family tragedy required me to fly interstate, I contacted the property in advance and, following reception’s instructions, changed our fully paid booking into my partner’s name through Booking.com. When he arrived, he presented identification, a valid credit card and an email from Booking.com confirming that the reservation had been changed from my name to his. Despite this clear evidence that he was authorised to use the booking, he was turned away because he could not produce the original credit card used six months earlier—which had since been cancelled due to fraudulent activity. No alternative verification process or reasonable solution was offered. Although a full refund was eventually approved, we did not want a refund; we wanted the accommodation we had booked and paid for more than six months earlier. The room had been chosen …

Would not stay again. + Location view and check in. − Parking no lift too many stairs for luggage. Bed was uncomfortable and when a mattress topper was requested was told no. Kettle lid not working. water divertor from bath too shower did not work properly and very difficult too work at all. Bath too shallow. Iron was poor and didnt iron properly. No proper quilt or blanket on the bed. Coffee expensive $9.10
