Nie polecam ze względu na atmosferę i traktowanie gości. + Hotel komfortowy i śniadanie smaczne. − Hotel komfortowy i śniadanie smaczne, ale obsługa niemiła. Za tę cenę spodziewać się można czegoś więcej. Śniadanie miało być do 12.00 a było sprzątnięte znacznie wcześniej, a dodatkowo pani jakby obrażona, że ktoś poźno przychodzi i w efekcie nie było sympatycznie. Obsługa w recepcji też różna . Jedna pani miła, ale dwie pozostałe osoby nie bardzo. Czułam się jak intruz. Miałam przedłużyć pobyt ale zrezygnowałam i znalazłam niedaleko inny hotel tej samej klasy, ale o połowę tańszy i znacznie sympatyczniejszy. Na pewno tam nie wrócę.

+ Tolles Hotel, sehr sauber und eine gute Lage. Wir waren Gast des Tages und haben ein kostenfreies Frühstück gewonnen, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Bei einer Veranstaltung im Tempodrom sehr empfehlenswert, da dieser lediglich 5 min fußläufig entfernt ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie nach Hause kommen. + Es gibt Hotels da übernachten man einmal und dann nie wieder. Und dann gibt es Hotels da ist es wie nach Hause kommen . So ein Hotel ist das NH Hotel Potsdamer Platz. Personal nett ,höflich, hilfsbereit und immer für ein kleines Schwätzchen zu haben. Es passte einfach alles. Bei meinen nächsten Berlin besuchen werde ich da wieder übernachten. − Bei all der Lobhudellei gibt es aber auch Kritik. Wenn auch nur eine kleine. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts . Bis auf die Stühle . Die sind nur Deco . Zum sitzen können die nicht gedacht sein. Vielleicht sollte die Design Abteilung des Hotels das nochmal überdenken und was nutzbaren wählen.

+ Sehr freundliches Personal und super bequemes Bett. Badezimmer klein aber super ausgestattet und alles sauber. Frühstück umfangreich und aif Sonderwünsche wird eingegangen. Rezeption permanent verfügbar. Verdunkelungsvorhänge perfekt. − Klimaanlage relativ laut, aber man kann sie abschalten.
