Ein Goldstück Wort wörtlich!!! + Sehr herzliche Menschen vom Chef bis zum Zimmerservice. Ausstattung ist sehr liebevoll und sauber. Das Frühstück ist kaum zum topen und das Nachtessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellness und Poolbereich ist 1.Klasse!!! Selten so ein kleines feines Hotel erlebt. Wir waren begeistert und dieser Urlaub gab uns richtiges Ferien Feeling !!! Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Short summer escape + We had a great stay. The room was spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is also great, and it's a nice extra that guests receive vouchers for free travel on local buses and cable cars. − A fairly busy road runs past the hotel, and since there is no sidewalk, you need to walk along the road to reach the promenade.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, τέλεια τοποθεσία, θα έρθουμε σίγουρα ξανά. Super hotel , tolle Lage, wir kommen bestimmt wieder. + Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με γρήγορη πρόσβαση σε πολλές και πανέμορφες διαδρομές για πεζοπορία (ή για σκι τον χειμώνα). Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο, μικρό, ήσυχο, με άνετες και σύγχρονες εγκαταστάσεις, υπέροχη θέα στα τριγύρω βουνά, διαθέτει μια υπέροχη πισίνα με επίσης πανέμορφη θέα. Το προσωπικό είναι εξαιρετικό, πολύ ευγενικό, πολύ εξυπηρετικό και με συμβουλές για ό,τι χρειαστείτε να γνωρίζετε για να οργανώσετε την διαμονή σας. Θέλω να αναφερθώ ιδιαίτερα στην Andrea που ξεχώρισε από το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό. Ήταν τόσο ευγενική και προσιτή που μπορώ να πω ότι γνωρίσαμε μια φίλη. Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο, τόσο το πρωινό όσο και το δείπνο. Τα προϊόντα ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας, τα φαγητό πολύ καλά μαγειρεμένα και εύγευστα. Δεν επισκευθήκαμε τα SPA αλλά από ότι ακούσαμε από τους υπόλοιπους πελάτες ήταν επίσης εξαιρετικό. Ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχω πάει ποτέ.…

No está bien acondicionado para el verano + El diseño, la amabilidad del persona, y la calidad en la cocina, tanto para el desayuno como las cenas − El calor dentro de la habitación hizo que fuera extremadamente difícil dormir cómodamente ya que no disponían de aire acondicionado. Entiendo que el aire acondicionado no sea algo habitual en Austria, pero con temperaturas de 30–32 °C, un hotel de este nivel debería ofrecer algún tipo de solución. Pedimos ventiladores y nos dijeron que no tenían ninguno. La única respuesta fue: “abran la ventana”. Lo hicimos y, cuando volvimos de cenar, la habitación estaba llena de mosquitos e insectos, porque tampoco hay mosquiteras. Así que la elección es sencilla: dormir en una habitación con un calor insoportable o dormir rodeado de insectos. Tener una sauna privada en una habitación que después no puedes enfriar tampoco tiene demasiado sentido. Por este precio, no me parece aceptable que no haya aire acondicionado, ni ventiladores, ni ningún sis…

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Für unsere Zwecke gibt es (fast) nichts vergleichbares. + Wir waren das 3. Mal dort und wieder sehr zufrieden. Unsere Prioritäten sind schönes Design, keine Kinder, Außenpool, nur mit Frühstück buchbar, und fußläufig ein - zwei Restaurants erreichbar und Entfernung zu unserem Wohnort maximal 3 Stunden entfernt. Das alles wird hier vollkommen und teilweise übererfüllt. Die Gastfreundschaft und das Personal ist außergewöhnlich. Top ist auch, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, im Hotel Abend zu essen, wenn man mal nicht mehr raus möchte. Essen ist sehr, sehr gut und auch abwechslungsreich. Service am Pool ist super, man wird den ganzen Tag verwöhnt und kann in der Hotel-App Getränke bestellen, die prompt geliefert werden. Mit der inkludierten Joker Card kann man alle Bergbahnen nutzen und mit der Mobility Card die Öffis. So konnten wir unser Auto stehen lassen und z. B. bequem mit dem Bus nach Hinterglemm reinfahren. − Da gibt es nix und wäre Jammern auf ganz…

Alles in allem wirklich ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen! + Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich , sehr vielseitiges und frisches Frühstücksbüffet, toller Pool und Spa Bereich − Es liegt direkt an der Straße und hat keine Klimaanlage. Wir haben mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und morgens hört man früh die Autos.

DOPORUČUJI. Nádhera, kdo nepřijede - nezažije + Byl to celkové nadprůměrný pobyt, který předčil naše očekávání, je to nádherné místo pro klidné prožití dovolené, lidé kteří tu pracují jsou všichni ochotni. Klid u krásného bazénu, skvělé wellness, skvělá snídaně i večeře. Děkujeme celému personálu, rádi se znovu vrátime.
