Disappointing Stay – Property Facilities and Service Below Expectations + The apartments are spacious with decent room sizes and balcony with views − Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and the facilities were below expectations. Basic kitchen items such as cups, plates, knives and forks were not provided and had to be requested. There were also no cleaning brushes or mops, while cleaning was only scheduled every three days, which was inconvenient as we were travelling with young children. We reported a broken shower head in the master bedroom from the first night, but it was never repaired. Several electrical sockets, USB ports and bedside lamps also did not work, leaving us with limited options to charge our devices. The TVs were outdated and not Smart TVs, with no access to YouTube or Netflix. + We were delayed entering the apartment for an hour and a half because they claimed it wasn't ready, that the door needed maintenance and cleaning. They offered us two options: the apartment on the third floor or the apartment on the twelfth floor. When they finally told us we could enter and that it was ready, we went up to find it in a deplorable state of filth, with a foul odor and dirty bathrooms. − They didn't consider or respect that the booking had been made in advance and paid before arrival. I had three children with me who were tired of waiting inside the reception area and weren't even allowed to wait in the garden outside because the woman at reception refused them entry, even though the delay was on their end. They didn't tell us beforehand that we had to pay a 4000 lira deposit upon entry, a separate amount from the apartment's value. When I tried to pay with my Visa card, it didn't work for them, and they told me to go to the bank because they needed cash. The bank d…

Größter Fehler als Familie. + Die Größe der Zimmer hat uns positiv überrascht. − Die Sauberkeit war unter aller sau. Frühstück für diesen Preis ist sehr minimalistisch. Vor unserm Balkon, einer der hauptautobahnen, wo 24 Stunden durchgehend Verkehr und Stau ist. Die Nacht haben wir halbwegs geschlafen. Und am folgetag ausgecheckt. Meine Anfrage auf Rückerstattung auf die nachfolgenden Tage, wurde sofort abgelehnt. Der Betrag der nicht Rückerstattung wurde, tut einer 5 Köpfigen Familie schon weh.

+ Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern angereist und hatten die 80 qm große Wohnung. Das Apartment ist absolut spitze für Familien! Die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr angenehm. Auch das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommend, alle Wünsche wurden sehr schnell erfüllt. Die Anlage ist ebenfalls bestens für Kinder geeignet: Schwimmbad, Spielplatz und viele Sitzplätze unter den Bäumen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen und möchte mich herzlich für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bedanken! − -

+ L'emplacement est super, le cadre est très bien et il y'a tout pour être bien entouré − Pour un appartement 2 chambres, il est important de disposer d'outils pour l'entretien car le personnel de l, entretien passe chaque 2 jours

كانت اقامه جميله + الفندق كان جميل بنسبه للسعر وكانت في الدور الارضي العاب اطفال ويوجد سوبرماركت بجانب الفندق ومطاعم تحت الفندق وانا سكنت في الدور الاول كان يوجد بلكونه كبيره جده − وقت تسجيل الدخول تاخرت ساعتين تقريبا

We had a comfortable 5 night stay with children + Loved everything. Good location if u have a car. Clean very big apartments. Big clean swimming pool. Safe secure underground parking. Good gym. Will definitely come back again

+ The apartment we had was spacious, and clean. The cleaners were lovely too. − When we booked we had a studio booked for 2 adults and a child. We quickly learned that it wasn't going to be big enough, so we paid extra to move to a 2 bedroom apartment. There was only two points of that apartment that weren't the greatest. For a self catering apartment there was no dishes, cutlery, pots etc. The hotel did give us stuff after asking but it still wasn't enough to make a proper meal, so we ended up eating out. We were also on the front across from the motorway so it was very loud at all times of the day and night. Its not enough to stop us booking again though.

It was such a pleasant stay. Keep it up. We enjoyed being there + The flat was well equipped, clean, comfortable beds, 2 pillows per person 😀 They upgraded our booking for free to fit our family from 2 bedrooms apartment to 3 bedrooms apartment Thanks for the receptionist who was there upon our arrival. Housekeeping clean the room after our 3rd day. Location was good too − The mixed spa, gym Pool timings were also very limited
