А.Н. Варна + Вкусна храна,с богат избор.Всяка вечер жива музика.Много настроение и прекрасно обслужване. Прекрасни басейни,чиста вода. Всякаква температура,според желанието. Хотелът е много чист,стаите също. Усмихнати хора, великолепен управител Дарина! − Няма такова.

Предостатъчно за хотел с 3 звезди със сравнение с хотели с 5 звезди които предлагат същото даже и по-лошото качество + Храната и басейните − Платен аквапарк

Може и по добре + Храната, стаите − Паркингът не е близо. Някои от басейните се нуждаят от филтрация. Аквапаркът се нуждае от повече ред и контрол, особено на децата.

+ Hezký pokoj, jídlo bylo dobré. − Na recepci neumí anglicky.. Ještě nikdy se mi na žádném hotelu nestalo, aby na mne recepční křičela. Údajně nám dala omylem jiný pokoj a chtěla, abychom se hned přemístli. Měli jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj standard s balkonem. Když jsem se ptala, proč se máme stěhovat, když jsme byli s tomto pokoji ., tak jediné, co stále říkala "wrong room," ..Zvyšovala na mne hlas. Požádala jsem o kontakt na front office manager a recepční na mne křičela "Nooo english" . Bylo to hrozné. V bazénech je málo místa s tryskami a vířivka ještě nefungovala. V bazénu byly děti s plínami!!!! Určitě bych se nevrátila.

+ The convenience of having the aqua park right there was fantastic. The food was superb, with plenty of options and everything very well prepared. I also have to say that the manager is fantastic. We had some issues with the air conditioning, and the balcony door had no curtains, but she made sure everything was sorted out straight away. I was very impressed by how attentive and responsive she was. She is clearly very hardworking and does an excellent job making sure everything runs smoothly. − The aqua park pools were a little manky and could have been cleaner. The hotel rooms and facilities would also benefit from some renovation, and the windows could be better insulated. Our room faced the main road, so we could hear the traffic quite clearly. Other than that, our stay was excellent and we really enjoyed our time there.

Прекрасна спокойна и релаксираща седмица през август. Страхотно обслужване + Басейните, огромните иглолистни дървета в двора на хотела и сладкишите, които се предлагат с блок масата. Това че хотела разполага със собствен аквапарк, който има подходящи пързалки и за много малки деца (над 2 години) − Блок масата можеше да е малко по-разнообразна. Вината които може да поръчате в расоранта са основно сухи. Много бих се радвала, ако в бъдеще мога да се насладя ина някой десертен сорт бяло или розе за лятото и червено за зимата. Също баровете до басейните не предлагат безалкохолни коктейли, което за мен е пропуск през лятото.
