Instalações boas, mas o serviço que deixou a desejar. + O café da manhã muito gostoso e variado − Atendimento precário devido aos poucos funcionários. Isso repercutiu em demora e não atendimento de chamadas para a portaria, tanto para solicitação de serviço de quarto como para fazer reclamação de hóspedes fazendo barulho excessivo no horário da madrugada perturbando o descanso. E eu não pude fazer nada porque ninguém atendia ao telefone.
