Exceptional + The house ist beautiful and its so silent around perfect for calming down we really enjoyed it. Cant believe the last time I was so relaxed. The Pool is great perfect size, and the kitchen has everything you need and its really clean. − The beds are a bit hard but you get used to it.

Excellent place for family holidays + Brilliant experience for my family! The villa is amazing. Great location, very silent! And only 10-20 minutes by car to visit the big grocery shops. Huge size, great kitchen, and air conditioners in each room! An additional gas stove is available, along with a drinking water tap. Many cleaning facilities in the kitchen were available. Great parking! Covered park space for two cars. And a car is definitely mandatory. The pool exceeded our expectations! Good size, excellent water circulation, and the cleaner came twice a week to service the pool. Maria was an amazing host! She knew we would arrive late, so she left some food for us! It was a delightful surprise. She was always available for help if needed! It was an amazing experience! If we decide to visit Cyprus, I'll definitely choose the same villa again! − Nothing to say! Maybe a dishwasher would be a great addition to the facilities, and mosquito nets on windows.

המקום הכי טוב שהיינו בו. ואנחנו מטיילים לא מעט. תמורה מלאה למחיר. + המיקום היה מעולה. מחוץ לבלאגן. אוירה כפרית. מזג אוויר מעולה. 20-25 דקות נסיעה נעימה לחופים. 7 דקות מהבית כפר עם סופרמרקט ומסעדות. אפשר ליהנות גם מהים וגם מההרים והכפרים היותר אותנטיים. מריה מארחת מדהימה. היא דאגה להכל מראש. הוילה מאובזרת מא' ועד ת'. כל מה שצריך נמצא. מגבות בשפע, כריות, סדינים, סבונים, כלי מטבח, שמן, תבלינים, משחקים, 5-6 פינות ישיבה שונות! שולחן בפנים. שולחן בחוץ. לכל חדר שירותים ואמבטיה. לא חסר כלום! המקום מבריק. חברה חיצונית ניקתה פעמיים את הבריכה. חניה נוחה. אם לא מספיק בכך היה למריה חשוב לדאוג למעבר. הבית היה מלא בחטיפים לילדים. לקראת היום האחרון בו היה צפוי לרדת גשם היא דאגה להביא עצים לאח. ופחזניות מעולות. היא היתה תמיד זמינה (לא שהיינו צריכים אותה... לא היה חסר כלום).

Koutsini Villa has a beautiful location and is a beautiful villa + We loved the location in a quiet village in Pano Akourdalia. The nearest village is Kathika where there is a quaint supermarket with all our needs. Koutsini Villa was very comfortable and cozy. The house had all the amenities we could ever ask for every cupboard, draw had everything that we could think of. The house was extremely clean. Such a beautiful house. Lots of room too. We are 6 adults and 4 children even our pet dog Lia joined us. There a beautiful walks to the Agios Symeon church where the views are fantastic. − Everything was perfect so there is nothing negative to say.
