Agradable + Buena ubicación, el desayuno rico pero podría tener más opciones. − Tenía varias cosas de la habitación dañadas. Solicité no informar al momento del check in el valor a pagar ya que era un regalo para mi pareja y la chica no lo tuvo en cuenta. No hay opción de adicionales en desayuno o en otras formas de decoración para fechas especiales.

Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und die Glamping-Zelte sind stilvoll eingerichtet. − Wir haben drei Nächte im Genki Luxury Glamping verbracht. Mit dabei waren meine 80-jährige Mutter, meine Schwester, die an einer Erkrankung leidet, die ihre Muskeln und Gelenke beeinträchtigt, ihre vierjährige Tochter sowie meine beiden Töchter (17 und 14 Jahre alt). Für meine Kinder und mich war es der erste Besuch in Boyacá. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von der Administratorin sehr herzlich empfangen. Sie erklärte uns, dass wir die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wie Restaurant und Bar nutzen könnten. Außerdem sagte sie uns, dass wir bei Bedarf elektrische Heizungen und Thermodecken bekommen könnten, falls es nachts zu kalt werden sollte.
