    + Wonderful location. A little odd that it’s a headquarters for Juan Valdez coffee but they don’t serve it in the restaurant

    Excelente opción en Manizales + Un lugar muy agradable con unas instalaciones amplias muy apropiado para convenciones y reuniones de negocios.

    + We had to wait for the check in, because there was only 1 person at the counter. Later we were asked to pay the VAT. The reason why was explained in a rather unclear and condescending way, as it hasn’t happened in any other hotel prior. Facilities close at 6pm, which is very early. The rooms have no AC so it’s quite hot inside. Rooms are also small. The area outside the hotel is very nice.
